It was very stressful when I faced something that wasn't in line with my expectations. But that is a reality that I have to face in this type of game and I can't avoid it. The best solution when I am stressed is to leave the market and try to forget it with other activities.

Playing any game needs experience,. If you will be experiences so you will not lose any and you will be able to play well, for me it is good to trade because for it is stress free and full off fun earning, it gives profitable income, it gives stress only to those who start without any fine skills and knowledge, after being with trading I started to play with my family kids not at sites and long time trading is enough to get me earn money.

Have something that can help us relief stress is a good thing, and even professional trader sometime stressed too. We can't deny that fact, but people who can solve that thing of problem will be good in everything.

So much! It's taking its toll on me. It's taking so much of my time, that I do not have time for my family anymore, and honestly speaking, I sometimes feel it's not worth it. It's very stressful to watch your assets decline not gradually, but drastically. There are nights when I do not want to sleep. I'm afraid I might wake up with so much loss that I can't save it anymore. But that's the ironic reality about trading: you got to befriend risk!

Losing money in trading is stressful so you have to gain more trading skills to reduce the stress. No one can avoid stress when you are trading because it involves your money and even you can afford it to lose, stress is still there. Learn to set aside your emotions while trading and focus only your mind in your trades. And if you can no longer control your emotion then take a rest from trading temporarily to relax yourself.

Yes of course , a little stress is necessary for trading also for living i believe!
If not you may lose your money coz you don't care but more than a little stress is much!and more stress decrease brain capabilities , and you can't decide well , I try to trade only with first 10 coin on CMC , and always put stoploss to decrease my loss also my stress .

for me trading can be stressful if the price of altcoin that has been bought can't go up and even continue to down but on the other hand if I get profit I feel very happy although sometimes trading can make me stressful but thanks to him now I can learn patience and how to manage assets smartly

Trading doesn't have to be stressful.  You just need to have your idea about what something is worth and why.  If it is undervalued, you buy and wait for the market to realize it's real value.  When it hits the valuation you thought it was worth, you sell.  Really simple.  Sometimes you are wrong, and you learn.  Sometimes you are right, and you make a lot of money.

It is only when you throw money at assets with no idea what it's real value is that things become stressful.

Here is a trick I learned reading some Warren Buffett literature a long time ago.  When you learn about an asset, don't ever look at the price.  Look at competitors, the overall market, the fundamentals, the prospects, etc.  Then say in your mind, this asset is worth X amount of dollars.  Then you look at the number of outstanding shares (or total number of coins that will be produced) and divide your valuation by this number.  That should make it very easy to determine if you believe something is undervalued or overvalued.  When I used this trick on Bitcoin back in 2011, I determined it should be worth $4,000 each.  Since that time we've seen things like forks adding value, new use cases, and acceptance as an investment asset class, all of which I didn't originally take into account in my valuation.  Thus, I now believe that Bitcoin is undervalued, and will see another explosion in price once the inflation rate is halved once again.  Since I believe this, I own BTC.  I will likely not sell a majority of my BTC investment until A) the price hits $200,000 per coin, or B) something about the fundamentals has changed.  With this view I have never been stressed about the Bitcoin price.  I just wait until the market sees what I see, or until I learn something new.  Whether the price is $5,000 or $10,000 tomorrow really makes no difference to me at all in my equation, so there is no need to stress over it whatsoever.

Stress is one of the risks that will continue to overshadow every trader, especially when the price of the coins we trade does not increase. But sometimes a trader becomes an expert/professional when they do it repeatedly and slowly can certainly minimize the risk of stress. It is only streesfull for the day traders but who are investing for long term they dont feel stress. I do day trading but i dont sit full day i place my 5% of profit and close it for the day. So this way plus or minus 5% i close for the day. Playing games is just like gambling.

Trading for almost a year now and there are couple of months that i have lay low on trading not totally stopped though. I find trading on new coins from good projects ( of course you do your own research )makes more profit.   If you are almost a 100% sure about the project you want to support then get on it very early and i mean really early. Having trading buddy is almost a must too. During those times that i don't feel good about trading i get on to reading and watching movies or documentation and socializing helps a lot too. Visit a friend or relatives and find beautiful things to look at or perhaps feel
