If u are a professional trader and have a good strategy that you are pursuing, trading will neve be stressful for you

Being a professional trader is being responsible with what you are doing knowing that it would not cause any harm to you physically or even mentally. Strategies are really important because this will help you to overcome possible harm specifically being stressed. As you have the strategy, you have the guide to take the right path in pursuing the goal you have without causing any harm to your health.

I have the main job, so my time for Trading is not much. I usually relax before I open my PC and never do daily trading as it will only make you nervous. Buy your favorite Altcoin then order it on the sell order at the price you want and wait until it sold. This is how I get rid of my stress.

I believed otherwise. Those professional traders didn't get that status if they didn't go through a lot of stressful years. I also disagree that you will not be stressful in your trading activity even if you have a bullet proof strategy. At some point it will fail making you more stressful.

Haha. Spot on mate, sometimes its annoying to remember your password in different site not unless you used password managers. And most of them are lagging from time to time and we all know that time=money here in crypto trading. So its a bit irritating and sometimes its more of a disaster for most of us.

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

For this question I'll say " YES ", this situation make stress and sometimes lost control. This is very bad condition for us and I agree about leave crypto market for now and come back again when the price have significant moving, but I don't know when it happen. Playing games, built blog/ web or become employee again look realiastic option for now but always see chart because market is unpredictable.

You can lose monthly salary, or you can win, that sounds pretty much like gambling, like I'm saying for years, trading is like gambling. I have my job too, trading for me is like fun thing to do, I don't make money all the time, but with years practice behind me I'm better and better. Trading psychology is better when you have a backup, when you miss good trade to have something to act, if price drop to buy, if price rise more to have something to sell, never trade with all amount you have, doesn't matter how small or big it is, always have a backup if market do the opposite from your prediction.

From my point of view, I do not find trading is stressful to me. People who do not know how to trade systematically they feel trading is stressful to them. If someone remains busy all day long with trading and sitting before the pc and with his mobile then he must fall in trouble. So each job has its own way to do and we must follow that.

really true and myself too yesterday when the market experienced a very bad price decline I was also almost stressed out because it was very difficult to make money from trading, but with my patience to wait for the market to experience an increase again it seemed like a good strategy for me to avoid from losses and can benefit

As you have said that are lacking of knowledge that's why you have experienced stress while trading, so I must say that it wouldn't be a stressful thing if you are knowledgeable enough. So before starting it, better to have research about it so that you can do trading easily and without putting yourself at risk because it may help you to avoid being stressed.
