As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

All job are so stressful but don't let it down you even it is so hard to manage, we should avoid our emotion especially to newbie because that is the one who will bring us down.

Trading is a total stress for people, who are not yet ready for the losses. Yes, it is not so pleasant to see how fast your altcoins and Bitcoins are falling, but you must be stronger.

Unless you do not pour too much money into trading or you just invest for fun, otherwise, you'll still be very stressful, especially in recent months, your stress can reach its peak and can not be relieved because our potential choices are constantly down, too much hope for the rebound but the rebound is almost zero, anxious and difficult, all have pushed our stresses to a very high level. Even with the professional traders who choose to trade as a full time job, they are also very tired and pressured every day when faced with such a bloody market

Thats true. Before trading is very stressful for me. Now that I am used to it, I let it go what  happen and change to long term goal. Though from time to time, I check some exchanges, but I have nothing to do when my SELL order is not met. Trade only on quality tokens or coins.

But If you entering new in any Industry it will create the because of proper knowledge and guidance of the Industry. I am sure that traders like me are experiencing stress because of trading. There are many factors why it is stressful. One of the factors s it is time consuming, I always reading and studying most of my time for me to have enough knowledge.

One of the most stressful task when I doing trading of cryptocurrencies is when I analyzing the chart. It is hard to predict what will happen to the price of the coin even I use different strategies and technical analysis tools.

Trading is not stressful for me, maybe it will only become stressful if someone allow it for themselves to be stressful, especially if they will get affect to their loss while doing the actual trade. And besides the market in trading was really unpredictable, so as a traders we shouldn't be in a hurry to get profit in it.

If you are newbie in trading than you do not need to start trading at once and take stress for it. A better option is to first learn trading and see how it works. Once you are well versed with it, only then invest your real money in it.

Its not a stressful in my part because I do not care in the market right now. Not because I have no coin or investment in the market but I do not make it as my job. There are times that we experience low profits but we must not stop. Everytime we invest in trading exchange, we should not be excited. Profits take time before we harvest. Don't make it a stressful way of earning but enjoy and ride in the flow of our life.

Yes that happens when we know the future of the market and we have the patience to wait for a longer time but if we cannot wait and we worry in the short run for the ups and downs in the market and escape away from the trade in the mid then it becomes stressful and losing for us.
