When I was trading long time ago I always choose the wrong decision. I'm easily affected by fuds and buy at fomo. That's why I stop short trading and only choose to become a long-term investor. Trading is really stressful if you have weak mind and can't control your emotions well.

Lets say that you relief you stress from trading and do you earn big money by playing blockhain games?
You do not force yourself to trade daily or spend a lot of time in trading because I think why you are stress because you do that.
Longterm is best alternative way so you feeling okay and not feeling stress they have many alternative ways you can do.

Depend on market status mate, because if the trend isn’t pumping then there’s no problem for me to trade and it feels relieving seeing your folio adding values, but when the market falling?like what happens in 2018?thats a fully stressful trading and many had gone stopped ,while others go for Holding and forget trading at a time.my friends do the same because they had already loss so they decide that instead of selling low, they make a long term holding that turns beneficial lookin*how market recovers now and profit are surely comes to our pockets

I don't really get why people would ever want to do something that constantly stresses them out, but I totally get it if it becomes an addiction, like gambling really. People get so hyper happy when they're doing well and then they just spend their entire day chasing 5% losses until it becomes 500%, and then it gets deeper and deeper as a whole. So that's a different sort of stress, linked to addiction and having financial issues.

I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

UPD #1

Some people asked about blockchain games and how to find them. so I've made this list of games https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2

There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96
definitely creating is stressful for me but it is also profitable for me so that I do not consider more about the stress because we had the time and age to make our life to be peaceful if we miss this opportunity then the problem will affect you in the future.

dont think so money chances comes and goes you can never realy miss out of getting money further down the road, dont know how many stocks i seen 10x during my time trading and i was always stressful i misssed out, its just a illusion man it always comes new chances thats life.

If you have come to the market of digital assets for a long time and are confident in compiling your crypto-currency portfolio, which can give you a profit for several years, then I recommend you to keep it on cold wallets

This way you can avoid doing mistakes when you are willing to wait and hold, many things can happen while you are doing this business only people who can handle the risk are those who are not really being affected of stress, traders that are willing to wait and take the opportunities will not be affected of stress as
for them it's a part of this market which should be the very first to control.

trading is indeed stressful especially if trading is done with bad feelings and also a decrease in profit. I think now we must be able to manage trading time in order to avoid excessive stress
I think the crypto trader will experience pressure if the predicted price does not arrive, or expectations are too big to enjoy a temporary profit in fact the price is not as desired. The brain feels tense.
I do it with relax trading, which means determining realistic profits of 2% to 4% and waiting until the price predictions are exceeded and sold quickly. Profits aren't great but the brain isn't too tense. The profit can be enough to increase income.

That's normal, no one is perfect that can predict the price easily, trading is gambling, we bet on our analysis and we can also be wrong.
We need to properly manage our funds here, it doesn't matter if we have failed prediction but what matters is in the end we will be profitable.
That can be achieve with proper study on the market and improving one's skills.

All price in the trading market are volatile that's why most of the community said the market most often
unpredictable, and because of the volatility some are traders face loss or win in the actual trade platform.
And because this volatility many are afraid when the price gets down were most the time they've became stressful
due to they can't handle manage well they're emotions.

obviously trading is stressful no job is stress free every thing will have stressful days things dont go easily especially in trading we will be dealing with many market conditions and putting our money and risking is not stress free for sure
Is not stress free every time you get inside and place your position, since before you deal to that you take many factors to consider in order to have a good sets of plans inside your trading activities, but I'd you already have many experiences and you take this place as your regular activities then stress will be lessen knowing that in the end of the day results needs to accept and you need to move forward.

I possibly got stressed when I saw my altcoins couldn't get a decent price on trading. This the most widely recognized issues of each trading which can't be kept away from, in such circumstances. We have to consider numerous components that could add to this, most extraordinarily on choosing those coin that we hold or utilized with day trading.

for now I don't feel stressed, the market is always volatile and all possibilities can occur. over time it has become accustomed to this condition, sometimes feeling profitable, but sometimes feeling a loss, and always I try to entertain myself, so as not to get carried away by emotions in every atmosphere

Yeah It is a problem that often we find in the world of trading, if I personally, which makes me stressed
in trading is when I buy a token then the token is decreased, whereas when I sell even the coin is increasing again.
well, anyone will be stressed when they see the coins they have have an improper price, especially when you have them in large quantities. stress is a normal thing that happens to every trader who gets that problem. the best way to get rid of it is to wait, or find another way to cover up the shortcomings.

When trading makes stress a situation that must be tamed so that it does not make wrong decisions such as making panic sales so that the situation gets worse should go to a quiet place to calm the heart and mind to become normal again

With the current results of my work, I’m generally under constant stress.  I understand that this also negatively affects my work, but it is stronger than me.  I need to rest, but now I'm starting to worry that I can lose my hold because of the rest.

Trading is stressful for most traders, especially for beginners with this field. For me, it was really stressful, especially in the first trades, but now I can control my emotions a lot better than a few years ago. But since the volatility of cryptocurrencies is so high, you can't trade them without some level of stress.
Beginners need to start with long term trading, going very hard in the beginning can backfire as well.

First of all we need to know what is investment then we can realize trading always comes with risks and rewards.

I tried it once for one week, and I find it time-consuming and quite stressful there are too many charts and candles to check and watch, I better off doing bounty campaign and hodling coins, than doing trading, although trading is very rewarding it would take you months to learn the in and out.

No it is not because I do not force myself to do trading regularly, I do trade whenever I wish only. I'm not forcing myself to make money from trading as it is just like a side hobby for me. I'm a type of long term trader so I will only buy and sell when I really believe with the coins. Otherwise I will just keep on buying bitcoin small by small amount, spend few percent of my salary to buy bitcoin for long term purpose but I will sell when there is a good price jump.
