Q4 has just been running, so we can't see the development for many altcoins.
I will not comment on which altcoin or ico project. but for market recovery, maybe Q4 will provide good development next year

I think monero with infinity coin, cant bring more investor to invest their money to this coin.
many people are thinking new fork of monero, like LOKI.

This guy is onto something here.  The LOKI team are very professional and working on an improved scalable version of Monero.  I'm sure part of the plan for 2019 is moving onto a big exchange (if not sooner).  At that time, there will be good profits to be made holding LOKI.  Also Cryptopia NZ is a very safe exchange.  Its a hold for me and let's see where the price jumps to upon a big exchange listing...

I saw many developments evolved and improved Altcoin is pretty good. so make Altcoin able to produce more progress. It is capable of fishing the next Altcoin be reliable and valuable coins. each Altcoin in attendance will experience a change that brings a lot of good progress.

The adoption next year might be faster due to people know more about blockchain projects being innovative particularly on  mobile networks which are aggressively partnering with bigger networks. XRP is also tested, this is slow but I think they are getting there, you may not be holding XRP but if they are getting  into adoption, all other crypto are going to have an exposure too.
