From my point of view, trading is not unhealthy it all about depends on the person. If you are not disciplined and have no routine of working then it is quite stressful for you Trading is unhealthy when people do this all day long without taking any short break. So in trading business person should be punctual and disciplined.

Sure, if a person, who is trading, is a nervous guy that does not have enough patience, this business will be unhealthy for him. The fellow can come even to depression or have a nervous break if his tokens fall.

Trading activity will be unhealthy if you doing this overtimes. If we are full trader is should be do this job maximum 10 hours aday and 6 days aweek. We need to have some relaxing to manage emotion in trading, so just like others job we should dont over trading and take rest or doing hobby when tired.

Yes, we have to manage our time by not using most of the time in front of our device just for trading. Doing an activity in excess can certainly interfere with our physical and mental health. We also need to get along with people in our environment, of course. So there must be time for other purposes outside of trading.

Transactions really bring a lot of different emotions but most of them make us more worried. I tried to trade with $ 4,000 and I was really stressed after only 1 week of trying to make a profit. I had a $ 300 profit but it didn't make me happy. I think this is a very difficult job and it is only for those who are really capable. We should meditate to solve our stress or travel. It will help us realize a lot of new things on the trip.

Stress is a catalyst for all diseases. A person with good health always has a good emotional state. If in trading you are not able to turn off emotions, then it is very dangerous for you.
we know that in trading, price changes can change your emotional feelings, it can be happy or angry, panic and so on.
if you're not good at controlling your emotions, of course it's not good for your health mate.

Yes you are right trading is an different kind of job it will need no time and no date if you miss a chance it will definitely gives you last that's why training is not suitable for lots of people if it was accepted by people you cannot do any other job while you are a trader this will the reason why people are saying trading will be and healthy for your profession and also life.

Have you ever wondered that trading can be bad for your health?

The first problem you can have is - eyes problems. Spending more time in front of your computer can be harmful to your eyes.
The second - stress. Stress can cause many problems from high blood pressure to depression.

Here is my story...

This summer I went to a doctor with some health problems - I had an awful headache. Just to make picture clear - my headache was with me for 15-20 hours per day. So we did some tests showed that I had extremely high blood pressure.
“That’s odd” - I thought. I eat healthy food and I do sports.

I was confused. But the doctor said that it can happen because of stress. So I went to a psychologist to deal with this issue. We were talking about my life and interests. And I told her I trade… I believe I don’t need to continue this story lol

Since I trade a lot (I do. I could even tell this is an addiction). The doctor suggested me not to trade for about a week. That was impossible for me, but I tried. It was hard. It was more than hard. But in a couple of weeks, my headache disappeared.

I still trade but not as much as I used to. Now I practice blockchain games because it’s less stressful. Do I feel myself better? Yes. In July it was so painful so I thought that I will die. Now I don’t feel pain at all.

Conclusion:

I know it’s all individual. Some people trade days and night and they feel pretty good. I just told you my story with my experience. I don’t pursue anyone to stop trading. It’s just important for me to warn some people who can have the same problems.

UPD #1

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2

There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96

What is the connection or relevant of your story or statement into your topic in this thread? I don't see the catch of your explanation.
As far as I can see you've just advertised or promote the blockchain games in this section. Because, for me trading so far was really unhealthy because of the situation now to all exchange site platform, but not in the way you did here base on your explanation.

yes, I agree if you say all of that is an individual problem. and I think all jobs must be at their own risk. maybe in my opinion, when we have a job. we must be clever in dividing the time available. we have to take a break and work time as best we can, so that everything we do does not affect our health. maybe there should also be time to refresh our minds. maybe with blockchain games that you recommend, it can help to refresh the brain while being able to earn income. I guess that is a good recommendation.

Not only on trading but on all sorts of things. When you are really too emotional then you cant really able to handle on possible things you would faced off.
I agree that stress is really a catalyst in most disease because if it would always trigger then it do affect your health as well.We know the possible risk of too much stress
and trading isn't an exception since we do actively deal with volatile price.

When it starts to get in to you that's the time that its unhealthy. While everyone gets frustrated when we don't earn in trading or we missed an opportunity, we should not take our frustration to another person, sometimes when we get frustrated we get angry even at small things. Bottom line is, emotions have no space in trading.

Traders who can't control emotions should be careful with their personal lifestyle. I don't recommend to  trade alone for being able to keep the balance between life vs trading. After hard day trader can go for walk or he can turn off personal computer if they aren't sure about how to handle losses. Bottom line: Trade for live not live for trade..

yeah of course it is the main task to get control on your emotions because if a person is not patient then there is risk that he can lose all the assets just for the sack of trading. In order to be a good trader one must have the characteristics of being good trader, a trader must be skillful, experienced and know how to control himself while trading, he must know the exact timings.

If anyone cant control his/her emotions then it is not possible to be a successful person. If it is considered on trade then s/he cant be a successful trader.

trading will really make you a crazy person if you don't regulate yourself. sometimes it will not make you sleep if you are following for a certain movement. just remember, what will you do with your money earned from this trading if you are unable to live a healthy life? just think about it.

Well that’s all about you if you will not allow this to make you feel bad then trust me you will not make good money. Being emotional is your choice id you will not let your emotions over come your profit and you will stay positive then trust me you will not lose anything not even your health will get effected. Just keep that in mind “Never panic”.

I thought this post was about being unhealthy financially. Youre 100% right on how trading is being unhealthy physically. The effect is like playing video games for hours. It will hurt your eyes, head and even your back. Stress also contributes a lot on being unhealthy. But its better that playing video games because you can earn more with this. Try eating more healthy foods to counter it.
