I think something excess is not good. Eating, drinking, especially working excessively will definitely cause disease. My advice, you have to make a work schedule and provide enough rest time.

It means it all depends on us. And trading is not unhealthy, but our lifestyle is what makes it unhealthy. If we make it balance with eating, rest and maybe do an exercise that only need not much time, we can be healthy.

Exactly, we ourselves make trading as unhealthy because if people start losing their patience will lead to lose their money and start thinking in a negative way, in every sector we can't be successful every time, will keep doing it might help us to be successful in the long term.

Most traders experience stress and make things mess. this is what makes everything less healthy. they should be able to balance everything. like your opinion that our time is not only trading or money.

Of course, daily trading requires a lot of personal time to monitor the cryptocurrency market and be aware of all changes in the price schedule.  Any positive or negative emotions that are caused by the situation in the cryptocurrency market unambiguously affect the health of the person who does this.  Based on this, I believe that there is no golden mean, and you need to make a greater emphasis on earnings or on preserving health.

Of course, if we consider trade from the point of view of health hazards, which of course has certain nuances in this regard.  But if this is the way to approach this issue, then we can assume that all activity in the cryptocurrency market is hazardous to health.  lol.  Especially if you take into account the fact that many users of cryptocurrency wanted to quickly unban and bought cryptocurrency at the end of 2017, and they borrowed money for this or sold their property.  At the moment, these are really sick people, with an upset psyche.

Price changes are normal here with huge volatility rate so  chances of making profits and losses are also high so if someone lose money in the previous trade it won't take much longer to recover it but getting depressed with the loss is not going to change anything we need to take the next step.

When you are doing thing too much without help from your mind and body it will become unheathy.

On trading you have to think about to trade by brain and you have to try to make decision and you cant take break for a single minute when price ups/down and it creates a huge pressure on your brain.

Trading is unhealthy because of so many factors. I will like to highlight the factors as follows: the most principal thing that cause unhealthy market is the fall in price of the mother coin like bitcoin, Ethereum and more. Also, the team members of some ico fail to list the token at a good time in market.

Its true that if bitcoin falls, all the other altcoins dump with it but this is how trading works and traders know about it too. Most ICO fails but these days there are IEO which give you sure shot 2x plus profit. If you know all this, then you can easily get profit from trading. I strongly disagree with OP that "trading is unhealthy".

Exactly, it all depends in us, if we don't take breaks, don't have balance or moderation in trading then it can be unhealthy. Trading is a good way to earn money but don't overdo it because it might cost your health or worst is life. Also it is good to take breaks from trading from time to time to avoid getting greedy and be carried away with emotions.

what you mentioned is totally connected with the mental stability of individual trading, but there is a pause that must be made effective by chatting with fellow traders to make individual FOMO disappear.

There is one more thing that makes mental healthier, that is, accustomed to changing trading patterns towards the medium / long term with more calculated capital usage for each coin, a longer moving average can be assumed to return to maximum profit.

Taking a break is really needed for every activity we do, so basically trading will not attack health if indeed traders are able to make a healthy lifestyle even though they are in front of the screen for a long time every day. But the most important thing is to always have good self-control so that our emotions remain stable despite the bad things that are not desired when trading, because we know the mistakes in the decisions we make will have an impact on emotions that are chaotic because of losses.

many people are ambitious to get profits on a regular basis every time which results in a disruption to health, especially in trading. now in trading should have to think about the health of rest and also other things that must be done. this can be a good and healthy thing.

It only becomes unhealthy if you don't know who to control your emotions here.

That's why we always preach to let your emotions out of the window when you involves in crypto, otherwise if will be difficult for you to have a 'logical' trade and make money out of this evolving market.

I mean just look at the most successful traders in the world and they will say to you that don't trade based on emotions but rather what the market is giving them.

sometimes its okay to emote because we are humans and we arent perfect . we sometimes do unwanted mistakes that makes us emotional , so in order to released those emotions ( the anger , the stress , the tears , the depression ,etc . ) you need to emote  .

they good at giving advices but im sure that they also experience some struggles pertaining to emotions but what they say its true . emotions are not the one that will be used when doing trades but its the analysis and the markets situations  .

I also have heard about it that traders will have to control their emotions and never trade emotionally, in this era everything is so easy so gain knowledge while trading, as situation changes, never get stress just have patience and trade only when the price will be higher, at low price buy more and have patience wait soon market will again recover.

A trader always risks not only finances, but also the state of his health.  even if you do not consider this situation more closely, you can take into account the fact that the trader should almost constantly sit in front of the monitor to monitor the state of the market and its assets.  It practically takes All free time and first of all night time when for health of the person sleep is necessary.
