For Bitcoin to be properly useful to many it needs to be considerably larger than it is now. It's still minor in the great scheme of things. To get bigger, volatility is inevitable. Once it's grown to not too far off saturation, that's when stability becomes desirable.

anybody who understands why bitcoin was created would also want the price to be more stable because bitcoin was created to be a currency and to do that a price stability will be in favor of this goal while the higher volatility would make it harder.

I'm in favor of being volatile. At the moment a stable Bitcoin won't get us anything, the fact that most investor's goal is profit. The only benefit of its being stable is for acceptance, but I don't think that the reason for not being accepted is a volatility. Even if it is already stable, now the process doesn't begin for the acceptance of cryptocurrency, the reason for not being accepted is the transparency, it is not necessary for the government, they can easily handle dirty jobs with paper money. I want it more or less volatile market. Its been few years now since when I am hoarding bitcoin and experiencing the potential of its volatility. Now the fact is, bitcoin volatility gives this market more movement than it would have given it when it is stable one. BItcoin is the epitome of volatility and every currency has this feature to some extant. What is worrisome here is that the ratio of volatility is too large even for the riches, and this should have a certain amount of regulations for the price change.
Out of the blue, the price rises to 20k and some months later it digs sown to 6k.
I know how this things operate but I want to see bitcoin solve this problem and some solid schemes should be taken to lessen the volatility ratio. I have high hopes for bitcoin and I know that stable market is never possible for bitcoin.

The question is difficult to answer, since a stable market would not allow large profits. The crypto market will never be stable, not even the stock markets are stable. With the maturation of the crypto market, the tendency is that volatility will decrease, but rather the prices of cryptos will increase a lot with certainty.

If you will ask me what I want to see for Bitcoin- a stable or a volatile market. First of all Bitcoin is build as volatile movement of price. if you want to know what is my choice either stable or Volatile, I choose Volatile because stable price of bitcoin is not too much impressive and not generated big profit when it comes to make business of bitcoin, while volatile movement of price is sometimes you have a big chance to get big profit when the price is good. I see an an unpredictable bitcoin  (in a good way )  because it sometims goes down and goes up Maybe today bitcoin will fall but in the end bitcoin will rise which be predicted in 24 hrs in an normal  time.

Gambler likes volatile market they saw this as an opportunity to earn more profit  though this is not good for newbie traders we din't have choice but to ride the market. Personally I'd prefer to see a stable Bitcoin in term of price but it would be better to see it stabilized at a higher price. I think that a price of ~10k USD is more closer to Bitcoin's potential.

That is never going to happen taking into account the Futures that dived in. Now, this BTC that we are using is more of an asset and cannot really be said a currency under any terms because volatility is the destiny of Bitcoins and that is why it is becoming famous and being adopted everywhere not as a currency, but a tradable asset. I love and prefer volatility over stability because it gives us a chance to earn more on our limited BTC accumulations. But institutions will definitely not want this and they will try their best to show the last big bull run, then dump and then stabilize (in my words, control) BTC for a major long period.

Bitcoins are been regulating with a super speed since the time they were launched being as a volatile currency. Bitcoins are a great source of investment/trading for a majority of peoples and they can only have profits out of trading bitcoins if the price remains volatile.
