I don't get the last part of your statement, i think they both have something to backup their claims, bitmax is the one offering the services here and i feel they seem to know what's best for their brand, hence the removal of deepcloud, i don't think they would have done that if the case was not a pretty serious one, deepcloud is the one on the loosing end here

I agree with you, deepcloud is indeed the one at the loosing end from all indication. I read deepcloud testimony on the issue and the ceo plainly stated that he has been trying to communicate with George, who is the ceo of Bitmax, but to no avail as George has chosen not to reply to his chat.

Well, the CEO of deepcloud should take to social platforms just maybe he can get to the bitmax big  boy. Deepcloud should have try as much as they could in ensuring fair business

I'll suggest that deepcloud should channel their efforts in searching for more partnerships and listing of their tokens in other exchange platform. I just feel there's no point crying over a spilled milk, since the delisting has been made. If they wanted to make amends it should be before the project was delisted. Now that the worst has been done, let them find a way to move on.

You made a good point, no doubt. I suppose you don't believe that the project could be listed again after been delisted. I personally haven't heard of a project that was delisted from an exchange and later relisted. So it's best for deepcloud to work with other exchanges and strive to avoid issues like this. I believe they must have learnt their lessons with this event.

Bitmax should go back to their strategy, marketing, bring in the old excitement found in Bitmax, the listing, the promotions and all of that. Bitmax was the first exchange project I witnessed do a whole lot for new projects way more than their counterparts.

Yea,saw that on medium, so i think bitmax is just trying to stay safe, i mean they must have worked hard to gain such reputation and are not in the mood to step down in order to let go the wrongs of anyone, even though deepcloud was once their client and like the saying goes, customers are king but this is a situation that has to deal with financial products, so its tough

But for anything Bitmax have been one of the best transparent project in recent times. I was a bit shock to have them in the mix of the whole deep issues. I'm pretty sure they should be able to come out clean and keep their house in order moving forward.

You have a point but i believe they are doing this just to get back the confidence of the community by clarifying the issue, like i stated earlier, the damage has already been done, so they need to think more of a semi re-branding plan to get things up and running, the way i see it, there is no resolution happening between the 2 brands and like you stated, is best to look into other exchanges

Well I would agree with you on this slightly but then again if you look closely you'll Bitmax is still very good to go. They should just continue operation where they left off

Bitmax is one of my favourite projects. That's why this touches me so much. I feel the two CEO would have tried to settle things amicably before bringing this to the public.

Bitmax seems to be doing pretty fine now. They seem to have sort out their differences and come to a resolution. I would be looking forward to a better exchange and more cleaner way of doing business.

Well, they are trying to build a standard platform so it becomes imperative that they ensure fairness and transparency in their business conduct.

Transparency should be the backbone of any crypto project as that is the whole essence of blockchain, much so when it comes to dealing with an exchange that handles people's money.

I must have missed something, have they resolve their differences?, i mean deepcloud and bitmax, it will be nice to see such resolved and deepcloud must have learnt their lesson or perhaps its a case of misinformation from both parties involved, either way, its best for both parties and deepcloud should work out modalities to further strengthen their brand image

An article was released a few hours ago on the roles of cryptocurrency exchange on the digital asset ecosystem. I must confess that the article is worth every moment spent on reading it. It was, in fact, a write up by Shane Molidor the global head of business development of BitMax Exchange. The link is at the beginning of the thread, but for convenience, you can use this - https://steemit.com/bitmax/@cryptorani/how-important-exchange-role-in-digital-asset-ecosystem

But one thing I did not understand how is bitmax exchange is going to compete with fully settled exchanges available in the market?

Thank you for bringing this information to limelight. I was greatly impressed by the details of the article and it was indeed very educative. I can boldly say that I have the right information on how cryptocurrency exchange operates and their relationship with market makers who are the liquidity providers.

Exchanges differ in what they offer. Like Shane tried to say, the role of an exchange in the present day crypto economy is more than just a platform to mediate transaction between two parties. Most investors make investments in new tokens they find on these exchange, and they need to be protected.

I personally feel this article was to address some issues with $Deep tokens. I believe Shane did a good job with writing it the way he did. From the article one could deduce he is no longer working with them but have good thing to say about the exchange.

I'm happy with the fact that Bitmax is set to bring in the brilliance I use to associate the brand with and the commitment to delivering to Notch exchange service. I'm happy to see the activity going on in the telegram channel.

Its a shame that it has to go down the way it did with deepcloud, bitmax started pretty strong and i believe they want to stay that way, the issue has also brought bitmax to the front-line of "don't mess with me" kinda exchange, so any brand going into any sought of partnership with them should adhere by the rules of which they have created, so that both parties involve will excel

That is true, transparency will play a major role in the success of bitmap.io exchange. And by doing this exchange will be one step ahead of their other competitors.
