Although im not sure that vloggers need more attention and credits than they already have, i agree that its unjust when people dont get paid. I hope your blockchain project will solve that, it sure has the capabilities to do so. Please take into account the volatility of crypto tokens, contract and payment should be quick, before price of the token can drop.

As far as I understood it is not. The AI uses the information from your channel on Youtube, Instagram etc., so you cannot just abandon them and start working here.
