It is allowed to invest in shares there, and there these shares can affect the market no less than the ICO) Moreover, Americans actively invest in simple cryptocurrency and nobody forbids them to do so.
Why is it then forbidden to invest in an ICO? I do not understand their policies.

it seems to me that people who are advanced in the cryptoindustry, are well aware that you can earn not strictly on the things you can touch....
Oh, come on!)) That is why in the Emirates all sheikhs buy gold for themselves))) you think you really know who is buying all this cryptocurrencies)) By the way something is going on with market... I do know) No one there really makes bets on ICOs! I try to be as much careful while choosing ICO for investing... But my business partner has a familiar dude who has access to the most well-off circles in Dubai. So, there are a lot of business owners who are actively engaged in the search for cryptoexperts, who would advise them a suitable for investing ICO. oh, I can also call myself a cryptoexpert)) Maybe you can recommend me? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Well, I think they have enough of their own connections.

It is not prohibited, they simply demand that everyone should arrange everything there clearly and legally. But the developers themselves don’t want to bother getting into all of this... hence all the buzz.

Guys, please tell me what’s the point of buying coins on stock exchanges when it comes to ICO?
as far as I know, even if ICO is banned, it will still be possible to get around using private VPNs. .....or register projects outside of the US... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Well, that's right, it’s worth making small money and you have to go through a lot of agreements, and then it’s not a fact that the project will blow up.

Well, that's why it turns out that it is better not to involve investors from the USA into the project. They turn out more expensive for a project itself

All the same, there are plenty of them there, everyone who wants to invest in the project find shortcuts.

so what to say about AQER? Well, everything seems to be transparent and clearly written there... We talk more about how great the chances are that this ICO is not just another scam. In my opinion, a very useful conversation)))

Perhaps they would also be interested to learn more about it.

We can now all together and collectively try to solve this issue. Forum branches may help a lot of people to see through some scammy deals. And in the case of AQER too.

By the way, yes, I also appreciated it. In others, if there is a white paper, then, it is usually very long, and the devil will break his leg there)))
