right we need an organised community and the Dev actually has to keep us updated, The coin isnt dead but we need a direction is all. first step the Dev should publicise that it isn't cpu only and this will remove the uncertainty. Step 2 the Devs should release a GPU miner that will spark the interest. https://heavycoinforum.com we should all join here and build a community from there, staying here to argue with dickheads also and to point people to the forum.

Boom!

I'm a dickhead but you apparently agree with me.  At least I have gotten people motivated which is more than I can say about the dev.

99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of all ICO's are SCAMS
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Well looks like most of the "weak hands" are being shaken out... looks like we are in for a good ride from here.

Haha, I just said dickheads that's all, shows how much you think of yourself if you automatically assume I must be talking about you specifically.

With regards to the GPU miner:

Seems the OpenCL driver doesn't like building for non-GCN cards (as reorder suggested). I imagine it might be a register use issue.

Failed to build the kernel on my 6950s but running fine on my 290x's.

PM me if you'd like a windows build for 0.1BTC.

Not really, coins are still entering the market at the same pace.
It's just that the coin lost one of it's main novelties, thus trust will disappear and along with it buy support.

Having seen my bot go all "heyyy, what's going on here?" I figured some GPU binaries finally made it widespread (a major blog posted a cgminer compile).  Having read some of the reactions here, though, I have to wonder what goes through people's minds.

Specifically, the reactions about how GPU destroys things because it's 'unfair' for people who can't afford a GPU mining rig, etc;  Even if it truly were CPU-only, there would always be people dropping the mining onto some otherwise-idle server farm, small business network, or even just 4 computers where the 'poor miner' can barely afford 1.  Going from CPU-only to GPU-and-a-bit-of-CPU doesn't create that unfairness, it just shifts it.

( Don't read any buy/sell advice into this. )

The Main feauture is voting system. It was a matter of time to compromise the "CPU-only" hopes.

@Scam_exposer I am an IPO investor and I have something to say. Why did you create a new account just to post in this coin forum. It looks really odd. Especially since all your post have been directed towards fear mongering attacks towards the coin. You don't seem a bit interested in the coin. Your obviously not a fan of it. But you seem to have waste a lot of time stalking this coin. What is your angle seriously. Are you trying to save us from ourselves because we can't? Have you even coded anything? Why should they respond to the rants of a non interested random n00b spamming the forum?

@community Give me 100% proof that there is a working 100% gpu miner. I haven't seen evidence. Don't post random pictures of consoles(not proof).
There isn't one working. I have only seen one a work in progress. I want hard evidence. Give me source code of a 100% working gpu miner. Needs to be 100% with out a single doubt. Stop posting disinformation about what might exist because you really don't know!

Also I have seen a post from the devs in forums everyday.
No proof of abandonment.

I will not be responding to non sense again.
Also if you haven't done the research yourself why believe a random n00b newly created account that spams all negative, anti heavy posts only.

Thanks for reading.

i had high hopes for HVC but looking a the top 10 miner hash rates at hvc.1gh.com ranging from 812 MH/s to 148 MH/s i give up

I can't compete with such high hash rate and things will get worse when the GPU miner is released to the masses

dumping all my HVC now and deleting this wallet immediately

GPU miner for 1gh

You can't read or it is just too hard to believe for you? Well if you still ask for better proof, I have my best advice for you: try to learn some technical skills with computer and programming before investing your money in some CPU-only coins like this. You will lose your money, and don't blame the GPU-miner-developer or the miners. It's your fault.

Is it me or keeping coins for now seems reasonable? Supply of the coin will stay same, but now it`s more expensive(hash/sec) to generate same amount of coins.

Im also a IPO investor and i think holding the coins for now is reasonable.. with or without cgminer i believe the coin has still a great future .. we should just wait a little bit for the devs for updating everything and after that the price should stabilize and go up slowly
