We want the best for the end product, we like to answer all the questions cause it help people understand what we are going to achief.

I actually like that idea of a full fledged comparison, but i dont think its a good idea. I can tell you why, cause we all are different with common goals, Mark.space looks more seperate from us compared to decentraland.
But creating a comparison chart is mostly done by biased views and can be really misinformative for the community.

We can make a comparison that check all our boxes, but the other team can do the same from their side.

Best is to make the final product and show them why people should love your ideas.

Will it be suited in VR and AR? or just in VR? We will have a low barrier to start, and we will make guides, courses that are really simple. Virtual reality is a really cool space the combination of 3d modelling and coding attracts me a lot.
As soon as the non profit foundation is setup and it sold the first land parcels than people like yourself can actually accept freelance work or even make your own proposal. Learning and earning at the same time.

We focus mainly on VR at the moment but the combination is pretty close specially with webxr getting more and more adoption. VR glasses are indeed expensive now the new oculus go cost about $230, and its a fine pair of glasses.
Eventually also de cardboard will be able to see in the vr space, but ofcourse the high end experience will be at the start in more expensive glasses.

Vr is getting more and more populare and this will drive the prices down slowly. And the future is super bright for computers how better the computers get how better the VR experience.

Really good question!

First let me say this are great projects and we are really excited to join the same space as them, but we want to approach things different.

Eventually the project is about the VR metaverse and the projects on it, the universe have to be vibrant and fun. We think we have great ways to approach this that give us a great benefit.

Dynamic land system (mainland)
It's important for the city to be full and used, with a static system you might run into problems that you get empty land parcels because people lost their private keys.
No one would like to walk in a half abandoned city it looks bad and doest give you the WOW experience.

People will still have their own location in the Cosmos and they keep this location, but they will need to do decentralized task ones in a while to prove they still own the private key.
If you own land you should be participating in the universe. Land is made to make use-cases on it not to stay empty.

Planets
The mainland will have small land parcels and this might be big enough for some shops or small games, but the chance is big that you need more space. That's why planets are created
people can use their mainland parcel as a portal to their planet and build bigger use-cases there.

Data solutions
We are creating special data solutions that will help the metaverse to handle all the data needed and improve performance. This is important decentralized solutions like IPFS and DPFS still need
to mature a lot to support a complete metaverse.

NFT's
We believe in Non fungible tokens and many use-cases connecting to them, we want to provide easy solutions to handle NFT in the future.

Non profit foundation
We will create a non profit foundation that owns all the public land and sell all the community land, the tokens raised will be used so people can make proposals to the foundation to receive rewards for

Yea 2013 i joined, you can also see this account was made in January 2014. Been a super ride, ups and downs, things come and go. But im so happy i started in crypto and stayed.

The virtual real estate space (or land parcels) are like the domain names of the platform and the portal to the games.
Thats how we create a true virtual reality world and make it super excited.

You buy a piece of land with the $CYBR token and deploy your game on it. Your land piece also will have a value cause you truely own it as a token.

our VR in the browser are based on WebVR or WebXR (new version with AR possibilities) making a own engine from scratch wont make a lot sense cause
it needs a lot support from all browsers and glasses. On top of this different frameworks are build like three.js/A-frame that simplify the use of this.
We are experimenting with solutions cause we want the VR experience as great as possible and the creation of VR scene's as simple as possible.

Interesting project. Actually seems very nice. A vr world you can do basically anything.

But with which device your system will be compatible? And do you have a graph about vr devices, are people buying more now or less kind of things?

VR hasn't been taking off as much as people hoped. there's still a lack of killer apps for the platform and the headsets are expensive. remains to be seen if mass adoption will come.

This is also because VR improved a lot last decade, before VR could cause a lot of motion sickness. Try the new Htc vive pro wireless and you will be impressed.
Think about how this will also improve in the future with computers getting better people would love more immersive experiences.

Yes, i agree with you about the improvement they have but right now it is far from becoming mainstream. I checked htc vive pro price after you mentioned and it is 1500$ in my country which can't afford from the major part of the population.

Still, with time prices will be cheaper and more and more people would have the devices. A platform like CosmosCR can make headsets more appealing.

I think that hearing about the vr project is very promising, but I see that for this project, I don't have a big partner or I am too late in reading. because partners are very important for the success of a project, and I want to hear more after this.
