I still believe that fiat is more reliable than btc and other coins are. What could you do with Bitcoin if it will become 1$??
If you don't believe in bank system you can save paper money.. But still it's good that you believe in crypto as nowadays situation on the market is really terrible.

What made you think of this? Is it because you learn that those FUD's are really not true? You see you should not trust and believe anybody here. And I agree with you OP. You should hold for now and maybe if you still have some good extra money then buy out more bitcoin now. This is the best time to buy crypto where market is down. Mind you it will comeback but it take some time to recover.

Holding  what you have for now is the best option, investors are selling out of fear that the market will collapse but this is not true,we need to believe in the market no matter what we see in the market now.

Correct, Many investor's they buy and collect more coins when the price value goes down cause they know this is right to invest in cryptocurrency and I think this is best strategy of one investor's to buy bitcoin until the value is decreasing.

I will NEVER return my money into a bank. I have no any intention to ask 3 to 5 days before a large cash-out, to pay taxes when I do receive MY money into "my" bank account, to pay taxes to STORE MY money in "my" bank account, to pay taxes to use their terrible internet banking to operate with MY money, to pay additional taxes for various transactions, to pay ridiculous fees for every paypal transaction and/or withdrawal, to wait a week for approval on a large transactions..

I have no any intention to get surprised one day with a bank account locked without notice; with transaction blocked by some reason, with funds frozen because some someone decided the origin is "unclear"..

One thing about holding is that it makes more sense when one is holding a coin that she/he so much believes in.

It helps in situations like this , you wouldn't be moved by the market current trend because you know market will recover and the coin will yield more profit then.

Let us never again be told that when we send money, it may take however long they tell us, and when we call about some discrepancy we get told there are technical issues and never know what is wrong.

Let there never again be a person like in Venezuela who receives his money for a hard day's work, and then discovers tomorrow that the same loaf of bread he bought today is 3 times his salary tomorrow.

Isn't what cryptocurrency is about? A currency to use? Me too I adopt the HODL strategy since it has always worked before.
But at the same time, I have a real need to use crypto, so I do use my coins too, Just at a lesser level of coins I hold.

But you need to recognize that there are some people that are interested on the way that it works, and not only on the money.

All the people that is just for the money, are the ones that should be losing everything, because they are just speculating and not appreciating the real functions of bitcoins.

I am still holding my coins because I didn't buy. I earned most of it and I will have no regrets if it goes to 3000 or something like that. It will still have value to me and I'm ready to wait for it to reach the point at which I'll be satisfied. I know that it's much harder to hold when you spent fiat to buy coins because at some point they can go below what you've paid, but don't worry, it's not the end!

Your BTC won't get you very far if the market goes to shit though, will it? Using bitcoin is what will really push it to the next level but most people aren't going to be happy to spend their bitcoin if the value is under that which they paid for it in FIAT.
