sometimes, you have to hit rock bottom to really be able to kick your way up.  the crypto world may be in a very unpredictable state but the waters will soon be calm and everything should be more than fine.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

It is because the rise itself is not based on a healthy grow but it is because of the hype caused by the media and people who are greedy. It is common to see something that rise quickly to fall in a short time and people should see this coming. I myself afraid when i saw the pump in december so i decided to cash out most of my crypto and my guess is right.

Crypto continues to fall in value as a result of the recent announcement by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of delaying the decision on Van Beck Bitcoin ETF proposal to 02/2019. But I think that the main reason for this is that this is a period of market recession after a year of strong growth

Such opportunity should be taken right away as most of the time the rise always followed by the huge downfall, and what we are seeing right now are still part of the cycle where the gainers cashing out and newcomers will try their own fate inside this business, we can't say what is the possible direction we need to carefully study the flow before we take any actions.

This nothing to do with FUD. The long time of falling is really a big question of mine why it happens? To think that the normal condition of market when entering the month of December is looking good. But now we see other face of the market the long time bear is still alive that shocks the beliefs of the newly comers in crypto or maybe even the senior ones didn't expect this thing. However, the market will recover again in the right time. Maybe this momentum is just a testing to found out what will be the communities reaction towards market.
Yes, indeed, people with big ranks are beginning to panic now too, but can it really be the end? Maybe we are losing this cryptocurrency market now because bankers realized that today there is a big competitor in the face of cryptocurrency?

You name it, I will say it's falling. The rise and fall may be a part of a game, but just in a year, the value is getting less and less. There are several reasons behind it. Like volatility, bad press, stringent government policies, less security and many more.

Are you still investing in cryptos? If yes what do you think is the reason behind it and please share your views so that people who are investing and wanted to invest can learn more.

Focus on the fact that bulls raise their capital through depression, while bears do it through greed and euphoria. The ability to identify the change in cycles of the growth and fall is the Holy Grail for traders!

Honestly I think that it is just one more moment of price decrease. Cryptomarket already had such moments in the history. So I rememeber how bitcoin's price fall to 300$ and most people thought that it was the end of crypto. Some people sold their crypto for 300$.

Too many scammy projects have discouraged fooled investors to support good projects. When we have a good solution to avoid scams, confidence will come back and markets will rise again.

That's right, in february 2014 Bitcoin price was divided by 4  (to 600+ to 120...) and we know what happened after!
However, in 2014 markets actors were only "crypto specialists" who knew how markets can change fast...
while now many "common people" who don't know what they are investing in are also crypto investors and don't behave like specialists and this can change markets fluctuations.

The most reason behind it is because it had gone up for so much and it needs to go down sometimes. We shouldn't be afraid of it and wait for what will happen next.

But when will this decision come? And what do we do to ensure that this decision still comes to us? I do not see anything that we could really undertake, because today there are no state regulations.

The only reason for many people still investing on the cryptos even after huge fall is that this is not the first time happening. This happened so many times since the bitcoin was created and later the price will reach new all time high after the huge fall.We are having the hope of being rich from the next bump which may happen in 2019 or later.

I think why not investing in crypto, well just like an economical principal, use the less of fund to get the maximum amount of result.
That is what i think when investing in crypto, and i think this is the best time to do that, when the price is at the lowest point.

There will be ups and downs in any market. It seems more accurate to say that they are there. Look at the charts of the stock market, oil charts, and, in principle, any other charts. After that everything will become clear immediately.

Perhaps people starting to worry about the market condition that they sold their coins and making the market dropping even more.
But this can be the chance for any people who still have faith in crypto and purchase a coins right now and wait until the market recover.

I feel the current situation of the crypto industry still has a lot of room for growth. Although cryptocurrency has solved the problems associated with money transfers, blockchain use still has some problems that require resolution. I think the development and implementation of cryptocurrency technology will be fast in the next year. Many institutions will implement it.

Well, the reasons you mentioned for the downfall are all considered to be very minimal.
You aren't even looking at the major reasons fro the year long crash.

Demand and supply are at the core of the value of speculative markets.
It's actually simple, btc rose so fast that the supply became way higher than teh demand.
It was like an upside down pyramid, when it falls, it falls hard.
People aren't willing to pay 19k for btc, neither 9k, nor 6k, now it is in the $3000s, but most likely will go down further.

There are other important factors too, and that has to do with institutional investors.
since the fomo is over, the only real money that could potentially come in and save the market is from traditional investors.
And they are reluctant to come in because of so much volatility.

Yup, I am still investing in the crypto market. It is a pity not to buy with low prices every where. That is how we buy low and sell high. Personally, I think it is not easy to do so. Most of us will be scare to pump in more money when the overall crypto outlook looks bad.

Big whales are involved in this and making manipulation has disastered the market, this downfall was never expected by anyone in this forum in the last quarter. I believe it will slowly recover and make a comeback.
