we know each year bitcoin and others cryptocurrency price growth alot.and maybe this  year most of coins down, but if we hold it for several months or year our asset value could recovered again and even gain profits.

If you think that the price will recover then holding is not bad, but if the price continues to fall and you can't wait for a recovery to happen then you can convert whatever cryptocurrency you have to a more stable cryptocurrency like Tether, then convert it again to a cryptocurrency of your choice when the price stops to drop. This is the safest way if you don't want to cash out your money yet and wants to stay at the market, and at the same time you can also make profit.

OP, quit if you are day-trading. You will never beat all the best bots in the market. But if you are holding with a huge loss, then keep holding. You cannot sell now.

You can also do "dollar cost averaging" by buying more now. Or lower, if we are lucky.

There are literally only 2 things anyone can do in this market. Well technically three if you have money. If you do not have any money left the two options are either sell your coins with the hopes that it will drop even further and you can rebuy a lot more after it dropped (think of the amounts you would have if you sold at 6.5 thousand and rebought right now) and risk the fact that it may go up after you sell and you can miss out.

However if you have a lot of money, you can just buy from each dip, it doesn't matter if it goes down to 100 dollars if you have money since you can buy more and more. It is difficult to be that much relaxed when all of your money is invested in stuff that dropped significantly so the rich folk who has enough money to reinvest are much more relaxed right now.

Hodlers like us are losingomey day on day currently marketdoesnt show any sign of solid reversal nevertheless the best thing to do is hold and if you have some extra cash better to add more to lower your buying average. Market is stressful if you keep thinking of it. Hold and wait for the next bull run I know it would come but for when that's a big question to answer.

If you have no knowledge about crypto trading technical analysis, then I suggest you to hold your position untill market recovery. I know it's very difficult to control our patience but there have no others way for you.

Yes, just hold it. I'm not sure if you don't have another job besides crypto trading. By just holding it and then you can try to occupy yourself outside of trading then at least you no longer need to worry about this worsening situation. But if your work is only on crypto trading then I think you are more understanding than me who does not have good experience in this field.

Just like what you said Hold is the best methods you can do especially if you are not quite good yet in doing day trade mate. But if you know to yourself that you have enough knowledge on it, I suggest you to do day trade so that at least you have a chance to earn daily and profit percentage of course would depend on your understanding in trading in the market.

HODL will be the last resort on the current situation in regards to the Bitcoin price on Coinmarketcap. Things will get better as months pass by, the only advise to us here is hodl for the future to maximize huge profits.
