What are the odds of cryptocurrencies making a rebound in 2019?

This is the big question nowadays. Every new technology goes through a period of hype followed by a period of despair. Some call it the chasm of adoption or the trough of disillusionment. It has nothing to do with price or growth, but traction and usage and interest. Despite 2018’s collapse in prices, cryptocurrency saw more growth and development than any year prior.

Yeah that's very true. Just wish this bear market won't last longer that it should.

At its peak, all cryptocurrencies combined were worth about $700 billion. A tiny speck of the world’s wealth. Not even enough to buy a majority stake in Exxon. Now, the entire cryptocurrency market is worth the same as your average Fortune 500 company. This is an insignificant amount. The world’s printed money alone is worth almost $100 trillion. Cryptocurrency is still getting started IMO.

Good question! What most people do is that they buy more coin/s with a good potential, while their value is cheap. And then hold your coins and wait until the market's recovery.

Holding is the best thing you can do if the market continues falling because any panic selling will only cause you to lose money and you don't like that for sure.

It's normal that the price fluctuates. When you buy your coins at the high price never do panic sell just to gain small profit or even negative profit. If the price of the coin really goes down hard better not to sell your coin instead buy more coins in the dip.

How much longer do we have to wait for the next crypto boom?

We really can't put a timeline on it. Boom and recession both are part of every cryptocurrency. Now a day every single cryptocurrency is facing a stability problem.

A lot of people seem to wait for ETF approval and institutional money entering crypto. Institutions are served by the upcoming BAKKT custodial service for example.

Institutions are not in a hurry and wait until the market works in their favor. Unlike retail investors who usually can not tie up years of investments.

I think, that otherwise, they have nothing to do. it is still better to wait and learn about the upgrade. to understand the situation and keep abreast of the events to create new plans

BIG WINNER!

LOL, I saw a soccer team promoting crypto, you guys should get an Influencer too!

Wow, the core team has those in mind and thanks for the suggestion! But overall, that's good news for the entire cryptocurrency space, since this would also increase awareness of bitcoin and other relevant cryptocurrencies. As we all know that soccer has many audiences in the whole world, So I think it is good for the whole crypto industry.

It feels really great to see these major giants in the sports and entertainment industries stake their claim in crypto. They definitely see the future in it!
