the only regulation that might be very important is a guarantee for participants who have the potential to lose their reward. for example, the ico team runs away or disappears. actually if the project fails and there is a small reward it doesn't matter, but if the team runs away and doesn't notice at all and there is no reward, then it will be very painful.

I am agree if ICO reguted by government. If scam ICOs always coming to market, people will not trust anymore to cryptomarket. I am believe government regulation needed to reducing scam ICOs and saving people investment. In any investment, trust is important think and crypto should give good trust to new investor

Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.

I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the  founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
i think it's a very good step.
i also hope that with the rules on the ICO project, this will make the ICO project even better without a project scam

and this will definitely be very beneficial for all parties, especially investors. this will make investors safer and will return to invest in ico.

I believe the government have a plan on it and besides, there on the regulation process to protect peoples interest on crypto. Meanwhile, we don't know when it finalize and imposed though, we still wait on it and still continue to invest in these. Nothing to worry about scam projects cause definitely they won't survive and nobody's invest on them.

I think ICO should be regulated in jurisdiction where there are capacity and manpower available for regulation. When I say capacity and manpower, I am referring to decentralised infrastructure that will work with decentralized project like ICO!

It's a must specially if our hard earned money is concern. There is no other effective way to prevent these bad people of stealing our money but thru regulation in which preventing them to join the crypto space is better than bringing them to prison for justice after they have already scam the people.

Yes because there are a lot of bad eggs in the industry, regulating ICOs will help to weed out most of these people and protect investors funds.

The rule of the ICO project is not to have any rules. This is called investing your beliefs and money. But when the market goes down, our market will be bad and there will be many scams of ICO owners. There will be no one to protect us, we just wait ICO die and STO will be crowned. It will help investors to be safer and less risky.

The capasity of the regulation to prevent the scam ico and to make sure if there will be no any intervention. Remember the governments have been putting very strict regulation and it has been creating so many limitation for icos.

Forming a body in charge of checking ICO, I think a very good idea. Because we can see that in 2018 there were many ICOs that were unclear or failed. So that this body is very good to be established so that the development of ICO is also getting better.

This is a very good step that this regulation can be developed with the government. So far many people have committed ICO fraud because they can get money without having to work and so far there has been no punishment for them. So they do what they want because there is no punishment they receive. But if the government then takes over all this, regulations will definitely become tighter and the movement of fraudsters will also be limited.

ICO turnover should be able to have clear regulations because ICO was established for a place to collect funds from various investors in the world so that it is different from Bitcoin, if bitcoin does not have to be regulated. whereas ICO must have clear regulations because the main problem is that they are formed from fundraising.

Yes, having a body that will regulate the ICO through the organizations or company the launches the ICO is a good idea which will help reduce scam project, loses of valued investments and also enhance the wellbeing of crypto traders and users.
It will also make those ICO companies to sit and be readily sure they are good enough to embark on the ICO. And not just deceiving, cheating and wasting peoples time.

It's timely to regulate ICO because scams are everywhere and ICO type of fund raising is getting popular now.
With the regulation, we can expect that people will gain confidence in investing and they will be protected, this would lead to a good future for crypto so I hope there will be a set of regulation that is fair to investors and those who want to conduct an ICO.

There are many investors who are afraid to invest in the ICO because most of them are scam projects so this has created an opinion to regulate the ICO

If that really happens I'm sure this will only make it harder to invest because surely there will be more terms and conditions that must be approved by investors

ICO projects needed to be regulated a few years ago. This would not lead to such a catastrophic increase in the level of fraud that we have now. In this activity, it is necessary to clearly stipulate the rights and obligations of the parties, but now the ICO teams do what they want, especially they abuse their rights in relation to bounty hunters. I hope that everything will change with the upcoming regulation of ICO projects.

Yes of course ICO's should be regulated because many investors are complaining about those projects that are not legit and really hard to find out if it's not a scam. And I think regulations will help many investors to make sure that all the projects that are being launched in the future will truly a legit ICO projects.

Most investors and social media platforms like Facebook are fed up with ICOs due to the frequent scam projects hitting the crypto market and all these stem from the unregulated nature of ICOs. Regulations will put checks on each ICO that intends to enter the crypto space and with that the issue with scam projects will be curbed.
