Yes we need it, strict regulations should be made, as we know that red markets make investors not want to put their money in, this is what makes many ICOs fail to reach the target so that the presence of regulation is the right idea.

if anyone is able to manage it this is very good news, but it is impossible because there are many new projects all the time and they also have rights because they are already the rules. but if it is true that the ICO regulates this, it will benefit all parties

If you cannot estimate the risk of your business, then you are a brave man to try and succeed.

If rules are clear, legal risks can be addressed. At the moment, these risks can only be estimated. Reducing regulatory uncertainty will reduce barriers to entry for all that are not comfortable with the current legal landscape.

I strongly agree and support if the ICO supervisory institution is formed, I am very confident that within a few years governments around the world will begin to discuss this matter, ICO is very useful if used correctly, even can help a country.
You have a good point there but remember that it is not easy to regulate activities in the cryptosphere. People have the financial freedom to do whatever they want to do with their projects. Maybe in the near  future, we may see some cool regulations

In my opinion, I think they should be regulated due to the high rate of fraudulent activities going on in the crypto industries. Where startup projects only want to scam people of their hard earned money

Regulation of ICO and IEO projects in the same way should be, and it will be, because today there are very big risks in order to be deceived. If today you see that you have been deceived, then you will also be in charge of the regulation.

Lack of regulation over ICOs has led to investors desiring to invest more in IEOs and perhaps STOs, but I think focus is more on IEO at the moment.
I would have desired that ICOs be regulated, because that is what most retail investors, who do not have access to huge funds, invest in.

That's what to expect from the market cryptocurrency. Under the influence of constant claims to conduct the ICO market independently evolved and now the responsibility for the sale of tokens lay on the trading platforms, which actually positively will play on the security of investors funds.

ICO must be implemented immediately, when the beginning of the ICO looks promising and many projects easily reach hardcap even it does not take up to 1 month (pre-ICO), but this is used by scammers to seek profits and make too many scam projects that make the market difficult to recover.

That's not true, time to the time investors have learned a lot from history and they can decide which is the best and which is not. As far as i know about there was a lot of people always try to created awareness if they have found something strange.

I also think that, ICOs should be regulated. Due to scam ICOs, many investors are starting to think negatively about crypto. And this situation has negative effects on cryptocurrency. Moreover, due to these scam ICOs, the market is less reliable. That's why I think cryptocurrency needs a supervisory organization to be it a more reliable environment.

Your question also occurred to me because I think at the moment there really needs to be a regulation that is able to filter out really serious ICOs and also the responsible team. if the regulation is made, there will be a positive impact on the ICO because what appears on the surface is only a quality ICO.

Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.

I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the  founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
I support you from your point of view. Because we cannot work and be exploited in a negligible way. Invest time and personal information leaked out. measures to manage ICOS projects avoid scams and I think KYC should be used for the founders of ICOS coins.

Cryptocurrency and regulation are incompatible things. Very little time will come out of the projects with ICO in the presence of regulators. We will not get development.

I think in some way it is necessary, because too much scam last time, but regulated only to know if it truth or scam project, thats enough

ICOs should be regulated as this model has been overcome. The ICOs idea is good but so many scam project
destroyed the confidence of the investors. Investors funds should be protected from cheaters.

I think it's high time we regulated ICOs in the cryptosphere because it seems some bad people want to take advantage of this technology and scam innocent people by launching all sorts of unrealistic projects which have no products but only potential use cases. Some investors are also not well-informed enough to draw the line between some of these scam projects so we need  a reputable organization which can ensure that only legitimate ICOs run in the cryptospace.

The more time passes, the more likely it becomes that even regulation will not return investors ' money to the ICO, trust is lost and it will not be easy to return it, especially when there is already a rapidly gaining popularity of the IEO

I'm voting for it to have one, if we cannot have one now, IEO will take over and we will see the end of ICO, there's nothing on ICO that can attract investors, even good projects with good potential are struggling to get their funds.
