I understand that with recent blockchains coming up after the open source of Ethereum, it is very easy for any average coder and programmer to build any project but at this rate, I really don't think the creation of more tokens or projects is the way to go, there are too many projects already in circulation and others also at their development stages. I think the best thing to do now is to concentrate on the ones available and see how to make them better..

And what's the point? I think that now it has become very, very simple. Now, anyone who has mastered programming a little can already safely create his tokens and send them by drop. Therefore, everything is very simple.

I do not see the point to create another copy of the existing project, but if there was a unique idea and a strong team, then of course I would like to try

Are you dreaming to launch your own coin and ICO?

How would your project look like? Which problems would be solved?
How would you call it and which abbrevation? (like Bitcoin (BTC))

Would you do a big Bounty and Airdrop to make your project famous?

I'm curious about your plans of creating a new ICO project and your own coin.  Smiley Smiley

Maybe I may launch my own coin if I have my own mall, people will just going to buy crypto in order to shop at my mall. In that way, it can be as easy as possible to do their task without the need to pay and do more.

Of course, having your own coin can be a very interesting and informative experience in my work. Moreover, I now have some promising ideas for the development of the crypto market and digital society. But in the near future I will not release my coin - I will wait for the recovery of the crypto market.

The point is not just to launch your own coin, it is very important to make an innovative product that would be beneficial!

Last year I was thinking of launching one with a couple of friends. It seemed like a project could get some traction with even a minimal website. Now that the market has wised up a bit I see no point in it and no value proposition.
it may not be as easy as you might imagine it takes quite a long time to experience and process and now we see a lot of ICO projects that fail and turn out to be fraudulent and get personal benefits and harm other investors

I have no experience and are confident enough to be able to create a separate cryptocurrency for myself, I do not intend to become a scammer so I will never implement that idea.
- Similarly, I don't have that dream because I really believe I don't have the capacity to do things like create my own coin, it needs too many ideas, specialized techniques, even a lot of money and human resources. And not everyone has those conditions, and even if they have those elements, the gap to create a project, a complete product is still very difficult, instead of looking for dreams without such a reality, I think we should focus on dreams that can be achieved as more income through crypto then open a personal business to earn stable income

No way. I know the legal side of launching a new project in crypto so no, thank you))) I'd better save my nerves and earn a little bit less rather than to worry every now and then.

In my opinion, many people have been doing just that lately. And it is because of this that we have thousands of coins that no one needs. Instead, it may be better to stop and focus on the development of several projects, because there are still many problems, for example, the speed of transactions.

Having your own coin is not that hard like what others were saying here but getting listed on an exchanges are the real hard thing to do especially if your coin has no good use cases.

No, I never think about that, If you launch a coin or ICO project, you have to be responsible for it to develop your project, you need to do a lot of things to increase the value of your coin. If you do not take care of it, your project will fail like the projects out there, it is reason why i never think about launching a coin.

There is no value in launching your own coin, there are already enough coins (many of which are worthless), what is valuable is a good project that actually addresses a unique problem set and profer a realistic solution, then you can tokenize the project, the project comes before the coin ,not the other way round.I currently pay more attention to project with a good technological twists, not just some token to be used a payment in shops and malls that are non existent.

it seems that now is not the right time to make the ICO project itself. because we can see investors are still not interested in supporting the ICO project. if in the future the market conditions can be better, maybe I can plan to create my own ICO project. because I observe the ICO project is very dependent on market conditions. and I think making the ICO project itself is not as easy as what you think.

No, I don't dream of starting my own coin, cryptocurrency or ico. There are now enough coins on the market that you could use for something like this without starting a new blockchain for it. I'd rather revive an old project than start a new one. If more people did that, we would have much less shitcoins on the crypto market than today. Not every idea needs a new cryptocurrency or its own blockchain. Nowadays just too many people want to get rich with a new cryptocurrency and not more. I see something like that rather critical.  Wink

Such thoughts generally visit my head, but I think that everything is not very clear, because there is a very big chance to collect nothing for the project. Since now a lot of people are trying to do just that and pursue selfish goals.

No I do not. Not only would it be useless, it would also be a pain to develop it. The cryptocurrency space is like a cake; everybody wants a piece of it. However this is a counter-productive thinking because not only would we be taking market dominance from bitcoin, it would hinder mass adoption for the lack of solidarity.

No. Despite knowing what it takes to launch self own cryptocurrency, I still do not want to go through such because I am against the proliferation of cryptocurrency market with meaningless ICOs or project which has similarities to existing projects and do not contribute to the progress of the crypto industry. We should be more concerned in how to lend support to already existing projects to further foster adoption
