I'm curious about your plans of creating a new ICO project and your own coin.  :) :)

launc an own coin from a smart contract is very easy and takes minutes to do its. but, if we have own coin through the ICO and the funds are used properly with the aim of commitment to the project were made it would be amazing.

Last year I was thinking of launching one with a couple of friends. It seemed like a project could get some traction with even a minimal website. Now that the market has wised up a bit I see no point in it and no value proposition.

Launching your own Altcoin with ICO is very difficult as it will involved huge financial resources and knowledge so that you could facilitate a project which is in favor of the rich people who are the real business men here of this ambition. Without resources and knowledge then launching and creating your own coin will be just a dream forever. I will focus on ICO food and oil projects if there is an opportunity to make my own crypto currency.

adding your coin to an exchange isn't as easy as it is back when ethereum weren't widely used. voting and getting listed  on cryptopia isn't even worth now. forking is the new game now but that is if you get support from miners
and community.

No I am not planning to launch my own coin because I don't have any ideas about it. There are a lot of shitcoins out there so I will not add mine together with other shitcoins. But if I have given a chance to make a project, I think it would be in the gaming related industry just like that of DMarket. Gaming has been increasing and is now the most people do regardless of ages. Gaming platforms or project is not that hard to find audiences due to trillions of gamers all over the world that awaits the convenience they need in the gaming world.

why should i start my own coin? there are already too many shit coins in this world, so i am not planning it. if more people like me would think, the crypto market would be clearer.

Yes of course but as I realized I don't need to there is so much coin/token in the market most of them have no real use case just a bunch of worthless coins and no purpose if I'm going to make one it should have a real use case. But if I have a company I'm going to make one and use it as payments a Utility token.

maybe I will create coins that can be used in people's daily lives, but I will build the platform first and distribute 40% of the total coin supply to all people or an airdrop, 25% for bitcoin holders and 30% preparation for miners. unfortunately this is only a dream and impossible to achieve  ;D

I'm interested of running my company which doesn't cater any type of coin but is willing to accept any form of currency that is convertible to my local money.

I don't have any new idea to launch my coin,  i don't have ability, experience to do it. It's not easy work if you want to lanuch your coin seriously. If you want to have the feeling  of owning your own cryptocurrency, there's just some simple steps to create an ERC20 token. But don't introduce your coin to others and raise money for it.

Yes, I am also dreaming to launch a coin that enable to use for transportation payments. It can make the payment will be easier and efficient through smartphone. It doesn't need fiat anymore for the payment, just utilize crypto coins. However, it seems quite difficult to do in my country since crypto currencies are banned to use as a payment instrument.

i am not interested in making my own coin. if you want to launch your own coins you should be dedicated with it. if you are not serious with it better not dream of launching your own coin. there are some that create their own coin and find it hard to continue and they stop. this is no different from a scam projects.

I don't have any thoughts on having a coin of my own and if I decide to launch one in the future it's most likely going to fail like the rest of the alts we have right now. Competing against 1000+ altcoins and having the same reason why it's created. Launching a coin is not so difficult especially on ETH blockchain but the huge financial commitment that will make the project to be successful at any level is an issue.

I don't think of it because it is a big responsibility and it is easy to say it but it is hard to do, you have to gather people and information to start this kind of business and I think it need first a big budget in order to run.

I do not plan on doing it ever but I do dream about it time to time. I dream of starting a crypto startup that does every crypto business in the world and having one central coin between all of them. I dream of a company that basically does mining, casinos, games, exchanges and all that crypto startups we hear about that makes a lot of money, even a decent faucet as well for people who want to get free my coins as well.

However, that is impossible for now since all those companies require a lot of expertise let alone the amount of money needed for them. No coin I start will ever reach those prices and I will not have funds to hire the people needed for that many stuff. The best I can hope for would be the faucet one and that wouldn't worth anything all by itself.

There are already enough altcoins and most of them are worthless clone coins. As long as you do not bring any real innovation, you should refrain from starting your own coin. You should rather support an existing coin or revive a dead coin.

Actually, I am afraid to create or launch my own coins and ICO though it is a good idea to do because its a new thing for me. Launching an ICO or creating a new coins is really hard to do because its your time and effort will be wasted and no one will appreciate it. Launching ICO is not just as easy as what you think, it needs more people as your team, it's not worked and running only by you.
And it's risk your own money as your capital to build your own team which is divided into a different task that you have in your project.
However, you may consult those people have done by their project, strategy and marketing sales target also there is a technical team.

No, I don't see the point. There are projects, really good projects that have potential. To make another coin and a new ICO in order to benefit I do not see the point.

I do not have the proper skills to create my own coin with a good idea. And to create a fraudulent project does not allow me to religion and my upbringing. Parents taught me to live honestly.

To create a useful coin you need team of experts with great experience. I think that I do not need it because the coins are already enough and difficult to come up with something new.   

If I have given a chance to launch a ico, I would launch an ico that is in terms of payment. Because in our country, digital payment is less demand, most of it is still in manual process payment. And yes, I would love to do a bounty campaign and airdrop also to attract more investors.

I hear it's easy to make tokens. The problem is in the formation of communities and the development of prices of these tokens. Product innovations made also determine price development, so it requires complex collaboration. I don't even dream to launch my own coin.

I want to launch my own coin, which is not fake. But I realized that it was not easy because it had to fulfill stakeholder agreements, find investors, and market products. Then find a miner when finishing my product, I need a miner. It's easier to have a strong team.

Just as a question. I don't consider to do a real business and start a company for a new token or coin. There are many difficulties to start one and I'm sure I don't want to take all the risks, so it was only a question what you would do if there would only be the chance to create one without any difficulties.

the market is currently breaking because all the scam icos and bad coins. so it is not so good when everyone launch his own coin or ico to make quick money. therefore, i also hope that not more useless coins and icos come on the market.

There's a project called Castle that does both those things of making a coin and massive airdrops. They built https://cryptoincubator.io and https://axioms.app (supposedly the first decentralized airdrop platform? not sure if that's true or not but it does look pretty slick)-  I just wouldn't over complicate all those questions without using some of the many of resources out there available to help that don't charge an arm and a leg.

It's not necessarily difficult to get a coin project going with the right research and, of course, right team. But I think even more important, if you make a coin or ICO you need a purpose that is unique.

Right now, I don't have any dream to launch my coin because I know that it will need many things to set up and I need to spend a time to research and make the teams work in that project. Besides that, I need to know what purposes I will need to launch the project, and I will check on the market trend because I don't want to create the ICO project based on the ethereum and I see that the trend of that project is done and it will change with something new. Indeed it is not easy. When did want to create their own crypto certainly pioneering from scratch is not easy even saw many of the ICO that currently fall into when entering into the market. many long-established cryptos and the big moment and indeed compete with that if you don't have a good team and it will be useless.

I once dreamt of setting a platform that will revolutionize the hiring process in the world. A single token will be used to do any transaction in the said platform. The plaform should be designed to get as many jobs applications as possible covering worldwide. Though, there are ICOs in th past eaign for this but, until now these projects are not functional. Making a shit coin, indeed is really easy.
But if you have an original idea, one that has use in real life, factor in the characteristics the coin should have, assemble a capable team (that's the hardest part), then it should "sell itself".
Of course marketing strategy is also very important, but nothing like as difficult as having an epiphany with an original idea & use in rl.  ;)

Creating your own coins is the easiest way to earn your first million dollars, or lose your savings. Quite a risky idea, as for me, especially in a falling market, when it is more profitable to buy already launched projects than to invest in a just emerging project.

Well, there was a time when i was planning to launch a coin without much planning, but then i got to my senses and stopped myself from doing that. No, I do not dream, it needs to be understood in programming. From airdrop there is no sense. Although if you run the project as one or a small team without funding, you can make airdrop to attract people and create liquidity.

I have a plan to bring a Medical Health Service project into the blockchain technology. I talked with some experienced Doctor and Advisor but I have no plan to launch ICO, Our Health token will work to give free health service to the needy people! Honestly, I want to release my own ICO project. There is also a unique idea that I do not want to disclose but in my opinion the project will be in demand by the whole market from a financial point of view ! I would create a website but not sell tokens through it. No, creating an ICO and its corresponding token is very easy, but continuing its development up to the end according to the set roadmap is the hardest. This is where most ICO projects failed. The failed to do whatever they had stated in their plan. So, I will not launch my own coin. It is easier said than done. The technicality of the process is beyond what you think of. If it is very easy, then why were so many coins that have no value.

No. I'm not into dreaming of having my own coin. The responsibility behind is too much. I would just rather be a investors or person to support a coin or token. But I would like to get closer to people who has so much influence on crypto though, that would be an amazing experience. Imagine getting to know the like of Vitalik, lol.

I have never dreamed about that because I know a project is created not from thought for a moment. Not at all, nowadays even some countries and their governments are not capable to come up with own digital currency. The only reason to deal with cryptocurrencies is to gain some profit. Of course we recognize the capacities of blockchain and we all now it is future. But once again most people want to earn some $ and then quickly escape crypto.

I don't have any plans of creating my own cryptocurrency. I might want to create a commemorative coin which is just a giveaway for my relatives and friends but it won't have any monetary value but I want to it be valuable to them sentimentally.

Ok here are my 2 cents.

- I feel like ICO is dead and do you know around 80% of the ICOs held between 2017 & 2018 were scam.

- Now people have lost trust (to some extent) in ICOs and cryptocurrencies.

- Cryptocurrencies might fade away but the technology of blockchain will always be there and have a brighter future ahead, so instead of just bringing up coin, its better to focus on the technology part.

- Last but not least, I am not dreaming of launching my own coin, but I hope the ones I have, wont put me in more loss than I already have bore :)

Launching a coin will be as easy in the future as  having an own website.
We will have a crypto Go Daddy which enables tokenization of the companies ( small and medium ones ).
There are working projects out there like ShareNode offering  to each company to be tokenized.
In the future a not tokenized company will be like a company today not having a website.

Right now, in ethereum network, anyone can create and launch their own coin with smart contract. But the difficult part is on the project what we want and i think its require a lot resources and bussiness knowledge.

I guess you need initially to fund your coin because if you've created a coin and launch it directly to an exchange then what would be its market price? Still, there is a need to ensure that market price of it will going to be competitive. In addition, I don't think that a single entity aside from bitcoin creators has the ability to launch their coin without team or project that will going to support it for a long term.

Well i have plans of developing a project based on linking data all across platforms or industry. For instance, a platform where all the industries of a country can share information upon request. There are going to be some classified information that can only be viewed by request from the holders of such information but for general biographic details of any person within the country i believe it should be within the reach of every governmental institution.

Well, clearly not the next cryptocurrency exchange. How many of them (10-20 projects per month). Nothing more. I like the industry aimed at a large number of people. This product should benefit users from regular use. All other problems while blochkchayn can not solve. Unfortunately, I do not have enough knowledge to create something of my own. Unfortunately this dreams brought the unsuccesfull ICO projects to this point today. I mean yes i believe that everyone would have their own coins but the make a project is not smething easy. Today if want to make a project i could bring it up in 15 days, i can open bounty threat and make the bounty hunters work for me, i can deal with bounty platform and their bounty workers would work for me.. You would pay the hunters at the end or you just don't pay anything..  I can do all that with just $500 not more. Those are easy but usually this kind ideas ending with failure just like many other ICO project. If you want to run a project you should have team +25 people  and at least $5 million. Otherwise you would be unsuccesfull it is obvious. So this is not dream would be failure for me.

Making coins is easy, the hardest thing is marketing, intense competition certainly makes the opportunity for new coins to be difficult especially not supported by large capital.

At some point of time, I would launch my own coin and the entire world would use it for many purposes. The coin I would launch would surpass even bitcoin and no coin would be there to beat my own coin. The name of my coin would be Sagarmatha (Mount Everest), the highest peak of the world.

I unfortunately don't (currently) have the technical know-how to launch my own blockchain, and would rather avoid doing a clone copy-paste coin of something that is already out there. If I was starting any crypto project I would post a roadmap first then develop a project to a stage that can show people some demo of a use case at least.
