Do you check your mail for the confirmation of turning it off? If you do so, contact the chat support because they can assist you on turning it off manually. The thread representative is not active anymore here while only few players here that actively sharing insights on the casino.

You can contact the support if you are unable to turn off your 2FA account, though I believe you have to verify that you are the original owner of the account.

I believe you don't need to turn off the 2fa if you wanted to use another phone, besides the  2fa is separate from the apps or the site you are accessing.  I wonder why you need to disable your 2fa when all you wanted to do is set it up on your new device.  Are you sure you are setting up your own account?

My 2FA is currently enabled. I am also currently logged in. I am trying to turn it off but it seems it's not working, the switch button is not functioning.

I have almost same story as yours, though a bit different cus I actually from the beginning knew that I should back up my 2fa code, but on this particular day, I was in a hurry and after coping the code, I forget to write is out somewhere like I always do, I just went Google 2fa app and set it up, and then copied my 2fa and pasted on the exchange and it was approved, I moved on..

Few weeks I think, I changed my phone, recovered my every other account except that if latoken exchange, and I had my most money there, since I had some tokens I bought there that I was yet to withdraw or sell...
I contacted their customer care, who initially told me there was nothing they could do about it, I persisted on them, and after about 3 weeks of constantly engaging them in their customer service chat, they reset the code with a 2 days withdrawal restrictions and a kyc verification which I passed.

You are very right, but then, if the user have a verified account, they could ask him to verify again so as to be really sure he's the owner of the account, with this information provided by the user all over again, the casino should be able to help him get his account back.

It is possible that the Gamdom team will need a little more time to resolve this issue because they also have other issues or other work which of course is also unresolved.
I'm sure the team will soon do a good job of solving it and provide detailed clarity on the problem that is currently happening.
Gamdom has existed since the end of December 2018 and has been on the forum for almost 5 years and they even have quite a large number of users so it would be a shame if a problem occurred but it was not immediately resolved.

Tried it and i can confirm that button just doesn't work. And to others saying that always back up your 2fa activation key:  It doesn't really help to have 2FA activation code backed up when it isn't even asking an activation code when i try to disable it. This is an interface issue on their end.

I am assuming that this wouldn't have anything to do with how you log in, but in case it is, i am logging in directly with my google account with a firefox browser.

Looks like another casino on the bucket list. I think gamdom officials should look after their ANN status. The images are either removed or not visible somehow so its taking out all the fun for new comers. Coming back to the Casino structure, its just perfect and equipped with all the favourite games that a gambler needs to have. Starting with Crash and Dice, the game design is very nice. I am not sure why but Crash can be upgraded to multiple bets allowance. What I mean is, there should be provision to make dual or triple bets so that one can withdraw or cashout at multiple times. Its popular UI and gaming design on most of the casino. But rest is just nice. Another feature that is slot battles which seems another in gaming category and might be unique from Gamdom. Nice one. Hope to more offerings soon.

Gamdom team doesn't have the access to the account now with which they have created this thread. The source of this ANN thread images are Imgur, Bitcointalk forum doesn't support this source anymore. Gamdom is very popular casino with a decent number of active users. The in-house crash game doesn't support multiple bets in the same round at most of the casino. Perhaps, Gamdom team isn't going to add this feature.
