The case deserves the attention of the community and an explanation from an official casino representative. It is my opinion that @cryptasm should make a public statement regarding this accusation, since this concerns the public and the reputation of Gamdom casino. The public has a right to know what happened regardless of the amount in question (which is quite considerable, I would say).

Previously I heard they no longer have access to the @cryptasm account and yahoo as campaign manager suggested they create a new account
But till now we don't see that representative it seems they ignore it like they do on email and social media and that's not a good response
What is clear is that I as a gambler will not take the risk to play here even though I am a small gambler.

I have a hard time believing that story. In the event that Felix lost access to the @cryptasm account (again), he can still request a password reset as he did previously.

Can you provide exactly how they mislead you on the team name? I'm not familiar with the sports team on football so normal user that don't have knowledge can't understand your point and also do you check carefully the name of the team before you place your bet?

Because if there's really an error on names, You should just report it to the team instead of making bets on since you are not sure that you are betting the right pick.

Judging from the screenshot, it looks like the home team should have been mentioned at the first but instead it was the away team, and maybe he wasn't paying close attention to this, moreover the two teams competing had almost the same name Uttara FC vs Azampur FC Uttara.
I've encountered this in other sports betting where it happened to tennis matches, players who should have been mentioned at the first and it was the opposite and I was able to find this out after looking at the data from the official website of this sport.

This is correct, All the data given on the sportsbook regardless of what casino is provided by the bookmakers since casino don't manually input all the names and details about the specific match but rather they just showing the data feed coming from the bookmaker. The user itself should be responsible on his bet especially on this kind of occasion which thename of the 2 teams fighting has similarities.

I was a victim of this mistake too when betting on same name teams such as Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers and so on. I think OP already notice but he didn't cancel his bet immediately but rather useit as an insurance in case the game result is not in favor to him which what happened.

Well, I would say that playing slots is dangerous by itself! The other day I had a +$150 balance, I played BGaming, the slot with a double chance of winning the bonus round... I started with $0.25, that is a min bet! After 400 spins I didn't hit the bonus round! Ended up playing with $1 bets till the end of my balance! I had some nice wins that kept me in the game, but I got busted!

I don't know what happened to my account here in Gamdom. Is this hacked?

I log in using my usual email but it failed. So I open my mailbox and use my username instead, then logged in successfully.

When I clicked my username below, I just figured out now that my email was changed which doesn't belong to me, a strange email occupied my account. I don't receive any confirmation email from them about changing my registered email.

I just want to ask if any of you here also encountered this?
