I don't think this has anything to do with the participant's signature campaign, perhaps because of the level increase or random giveaway (meaning only Gamdom knows the criteria of the users who get it), or it's like giving to an inactive user back to play here although this doesn't seem to be because @Iv4n active players seen from the level he has, so it seems like it's more of a random giveaway.

If the problem is longer to load the site, it could be because of the internet connection. But if the site is not having a problem, you should check your devices because sometimes, if the device does not support a good graphic card, you will have difficulty loading the site.
