I think you need to deposit first before you can withdraw it, I think they have different system for participants of their signature campaign. It's bad if they would ask signature campaign participants to deposit first before they can withdraw by the way how did you get the $62 on the first place if you don't deposit? I don't see that you are participants of their signature campaign so it's impossible that it is a payment for signature campaign.

I received 2 payments from the signature campaign I always play it first before requesting a withdrawal as you can see in the screenshot and never had a problem
If you have problems when requesting a withdrawal then you can try like I did to play at least 1x wager or if you want to make sure please ask support tell them you are a campaign participant.

How much you do able to wager or play out before you do request up some withdrawal? It would be nice for other participants to be aware on what they

I would rather choose provably fair rather than from other games provider and what I like about it is that they have sports betting which I really enjoy, the withdrawal doesn't have fee and it was fast and there's a lot of option when you are going to deposit.
