I don't know what happened to my account here in Gamdom. Is this hacked?

I log in using my usual email but it failed. So I open my mailbox and use my username instead, then logged in successfully.

When I clicked my username below, I just figured out now that my email was changed which doesn't belong to me, a strange email occupied my account. I don't receive any confirmation email from them about changing my registered email.

I just want to ask if any of you here also encountered this?

I don't face problem as you, maybe because activating 2fa, I think this should be considered to be used to avoid hacking accounts.
If you don't leave funds there then it's not a problem, but if you have fund than using 2fa security is one of the options.
If the email in your account is not your email, it is very possible that your account has been hacked, but will live support help to change your email to a new one?, because usually everything from changing passwords to changing emails will always use the email listed on the website.

BTW I see now live chat can be seen even though players doesn't login to the account.

1. Was your email address verified? I yes. then, I don't think there is a way to edit it
2. Your password might be so weak
3. They have a 2FA feature, why not make a full use of it.

Oh, that's the only way, got it! Thanks for your help. I already tried to think about that method but I thought I just missed the change password while still logged in.

Yes, Gamdom does not provide a password setting feature, the only way is through the forgot password feature it's a bit weird
But how they can get into your account when the only way to log in is via email? Is it possible that you previously accessed the fake Gamdom site?

My suspicion is through my Steam account as it linked maybe to my Gamdom account before but I am not 100% sure if I did that. But I don't know if it's the way and reason behind why the hacker got inside my Gamdom account, luckily, I don't leave funds there when I started to become inactive on the site. I use different emails to my Steam and Gamdom. My Steam account has been also compromised with the log-in details, but he got no luck accessing it cause of the special codes asks. But now, I don't worry too much as I have already fixed everything, 2FA has been set up, and the passwords have been already changed.

Yup, that's the only way to access the user ID. A major confusion for many that haven't contacted Support prior.

In this case anyone can withdraw LTC or TRX these currency minimum  withdraw  requirement too low. But if you want to withdraw usdt from there then you must withdraw minimum $200. It is there rules

It requires you to work, put efforts in and then wait for random luck. Team can not accept all low quality works and collect it for a random pick to get 10 winners. They must choose and reject low quality works first, then picking randomly later. It is when you will have to rely on luck but luck won't come if you don't work first.

I still use litecoin over trx, because I trust it even more. I know that "trust" doesn't really matter when most people are making these type of transactions because you only care about moving it from place A to place B and then you could turn it into anything you want. But to me, it is a matter of principal and I believe that RX is way too centralized and that is why I do not use it, at least not when I can help it.

I have used it for the same purpose before in a few exchanges because that was the only way I could take my money out, but here, I can use litecoin, both for deposit and withdraw, and while gambling and it is incredibly cheap so it works out the best for me.
