 the decision to buy or weight is a very tricky one because every single time it feels like the market has gotten to the bottom but every single time that have not been the case over the past year the market keeps finding a new low everytime periodically and I think until we are in a full blown by mark and bull market then there won't be any significant upward trend in the price movement so right now I would rather keep fiat or usdt and then wait for the bull market to come.

Hi, i am wondering if i should buy a little bit of top 20 coins at current prices, 8th dec 2018, or wait until the market gets lower. What do you guys do?

I have bought the current dip, or at least... when market cap was still around 120 billion usd. Following my policy to buy after huge drops only, i planned to buy the next dip if market cap is around 60 billion usd. But should i not buy the current dip twice? Because what if the bakkt launching next month is succesful? What if it gets followed up by the ETF getting approval in the february sec-decision? What if it all comes paired with new developments that occur? Is this a realistic scenario for short-term?

What would you do, if you were following my plan/policy? I don't buy with large amounts so i can take some losses, what do you think is best?

My advise is that you should try to stick to Dollar Cost Averaging and not buying large amount at just a dip. This is also something that i am doing at the moment but beware that even so don't over-trade with all your spare cash.

sometimes people think differently so they take different actions. indeed, there is no future that knows what will happen next because indeed everyone does not know the next market movement, indeed what will be feared if buying a market will decrease but if you think like that you will not get future results if the market rises high
You have to buy some potential Altcoins and of course you are careful so that their abilities can be strong and up so that they can be profitable in the future.
