Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2019

I intend participating in more of STO than ICOs. What would make me change my mind, is if ICOs are regulated and are being backed up by the regulatory body.

That's right. If ICOs are just regulated more investors are coming in and invest, and more people are going to participate because of the potential of getting good amount of profit in investing in ICOs. But sad, they have been scammed and now shying away from investing in any ICOs because of rampant scamming.

It's very disappointing that the ICO project still has fraud (scam). It is a troubling and detrimental thing. Until when this will continue to happen. Sad and of course this problem is the reason for investors to go.

I think when the crypto market will recover, the market of ICO will recover it's previous volume too. If the projects is really good, there shouldn't be a problem in 2019 to make an ICO.

not only could produce from altcoin, but investment in ICO could also give a profit. It's just that maybe for the year 2018 is a little difficult to get profit from the ICO because its value which is always down. but of course, there is great hope in 2019 where a price increase will happen and ICO popping up yet another could be delivering results on investments therein.

I  might try trading, I hope I'll overcome my fear and start participating in trading of some coins. I'm not planning to participate in ICOs - there're lots of other tasks - I can earn on Bounty and fill my portfolio with new promising coins and so on!

         For the year 2019, I intend to participate in the bounty campaigns of as many ICO projects as possible. I like to be a bounty hunter, but I carefully choose my projects. Even if the market is full of ups and downs, I think the market will always have a huge potential and we have to wait for the right moment. I do not invest from my own pocket in ICO projects, because it's risky. The investments in my own pocket make the TOP coins. In bounty campaigns, I prefer translations and signatures because are more profitable campaigns.

I guess the ICO will still exist in the next year, but it will have a change than this year. There will be a new trend of the ICO, but the content is almost the same as before. But lets we see what will happen and I think if the ICO can give me more money, then I will participate in the ICO or at least I will invest some money in that ICO. But it's not guaranteed for us to see the exploding of the ICO as in the 2017-2018 because there are new people that will collaborate in the ICO itself.

I will not participate in ICO, maybe until the market really recovers. I prefer to join the bounty campaign if I find a good project, but I will not buy the token. this is because it is too risky to buy tokens at the ICO.

I’m not in a hurry and I’ll most likely wait until February until I see a change in the market, after which I’ll most likely continue to invest further!

Now that there are signs of adoption I think the crypto markets are going to explode in time, it might not even take another year for it to fly up again. So investing in altcoins are probably one of the best thing that will happen to you especially if you can't afford BTC anymore like me.  I see differently later that we can't just invest using BTC and ETH we can also use EOS and WAVES and maybe even XRP.

At this point the Crypto Space need some new projects to regulate the General market. I think 2019 will see more of STO being accepted than ICO. But that doesn't mean that ICO won't continue, but it will take a slight different directions...

I will wait and see how the market develops. At the moment, a lot of things are very unclear for me and that is why i will only invest time and no money. But 2019 has not started yet and much can change quickly, especially on the ico market.

I am not interested in the name ico, except that the project is really good, because lately there are too many fraudulent projects, just taking a moment of profit not to advance crypto

Digital currencies hold huge potentials and possibly the next level of wide scale payment solutions. The technology also holds massive investment opportunities for those looking to invest, however, with the sad and troubling events of 2018, there is a lot to be done before the industry becomes a haven for investors. If the markets don't improve by first quarter of next year (2019), I am afraid no one will be putting a dime into ICOs. Who will want to invest in a venture he or she is likely to lose? The entire crypto space needs a total cleansing and the current challenges fixed!

I will keep an eye on the ICO market from time to time in 2019, and will only invest if there is a great opportunity. But for the most part, I will be focusing on existing crypto-currencies because it takes a lot of time to build what is promised. Existing projects are closer to finish their objectives than the new ones.

For now, I have just invested in coins that have been included in the exchange list. Investing in crypto coins is now very risky because prices haven't recovered. But for next year if the price of the crypto-coin market recovers, I will invest in ICO.

If I will find ICOs with strong projects I will definitely participate. I think ICOs are worth so I don't have any fear when I go in. I know that next year will bring some better results.
