It all depends on the General situation with the ICO and the cryptocurrency market. If the market starts to grow, then things with the collection of funds will also be adjusted and then it will be possible to invest in ICO, but it will still be better to buy tokens or coins of new good projects on the exchange.

I have not participated in any ICO before now and I have no plans to dive into one now or in the future. The risk attached to ICOs is high especially in this bad market. If am in love with any project, I wait till it's listed before accumulating.

it is undeniable that with many failed ICOs it makes people headache because they invest in ICOs that cheat and make them lose.
but if ICO is more tightened which can make it difficult for fraudsters to make ICO, maybe it will be better even though the ICO will certainly be less, but if it is better, I think everyone will accept it.

i dont think ico time has passed although around 90% of ico are scams but still they will remain in trend for some years.not everyone can trade or have sufficient knowledge of crypto to invest so they got ico as medium to buy coin at cheap and sell high,but as market is manipulated so they will loose some money when coin hit exchange but still it give them hope of getting profit.

There will be a general decrease of ICOs in 2019 as compared to previous years. I guess the teams will look for alternate source of funding.

If market go back to green direction, we will see ICOs get momentum again, but People just to learn from what happened in 2018, investing in ICOs for long term is a big mistake.

I don't like making any predictions, but all I can say right now is that most ICO are quite down, coupled the fact that majority are scam and investing in them could be very risky.

I think that in the near future the market of ICOs will change STO market. There is a deep falling now on the market but when the situation will be better, new STOs will enter the market.

I think there will be no more Altcoin projects in the furture, but Token projects. Most of project will be build on other platform like ethereum, EOS, etc. My plan is same, put some money in a project that i believe will have value in the future. Value for most people, not value in price.

at present almost all ICOs need KYC for participants, but I think it is not feasible because it does not determine whether the coin will succeed or not, KYC must be completely transparent with respect to regulations and vice versa.

for other things I'm sure this year there will be more complicated rules to avoid a lot of ICO fraud, and there are binding differences between ICO that are really potential and not. if indeed the conditions allow, then I will continue to invest in it.

Just recently, there have been improvements in the nature of ICOs being lunched now in the crypto space. Apart from the junk or scam ICOs, these sets of ICO have every tendency to succeed both before and after.

But if the ICO no change and only provide standard project just then better do not rush to expect results from the ICO. better get in on an existing altcoin just because it would give better results with many interests against it at this time.

It is our wish whether to participate in the ICO or not but in 2019, the ICO's project will be based on the community because if the market is not recovering then most of the ICO's will not reach their hard cap even though they are potential in the market. We wait for the market recovery and meanwhile choose the right project in the market till now we have to research them.

Last year in 2018, so many projects failed even indications of a scam. many ICO that haven't listed on the market until now. many are out of the roadmap and are not appropriate. need to learn from experience in investing money into the ICO. So personally, if I want to invest, I have to be careful and make sure the ICO works with agencies in the real world or people who are quite influential.

Last two year many people like for investing their money at ICO project, always trusted ICO investment for listing their asset at market based on how their procedure self, never delay for listing their asset and always have higher price than ICO.
