yes I also feel that way, the price of the ICO is ultimately not as expected. people prefer to save their assets at least in USDT. so they instantly wanted to quickly sell the ICO coin. Its true looks like everyday we have new ico new ANN thread new worthless coin/token, Some are just creating ICO and collecting money with no real use case and scammed so many people so we need to be careful on what altcoins are we going to invest. I think SEC will step in and will eliminate worthless ico's.

The SEC takes a very long time to make decisions and by the time they make a decision about ICO projects, such ICO projects can ruin the market.

SEC will eliminate the ico which has gained money from US investors. They will not even care about what will happen with investors from another country. Most of icos don't even know what is blockchain and how to research its potential. Basically they are creating their own idea based on their imagination.

that's just a shitcoin with untrusted developer th behind, they are just want make crowdfund for developing useless project and in the end they are leaving the project before releasing in public

Well, the fact that some projects fall to such a price is understandable. The market here is no longer just these are scam projects. I am faithful in this. Not one coin that really costs its money does not fall to such a level. Technology evolves all takes time. You also need to overcome this global fall.

You are right and that is the reality, almost every month new coins are registered. But the value is very small and cheap.
