After India, I guess England is having better chances as they are co-host for this tournament and the defending champion Australia may get knocked out earlier too as they are not in good form after their key players got banned for ball tempering.

I do not think England will be able to make it. They never did.

Yeah, India is a hot fav for now but honestly, Ravi Shastri and Virat duo sometimes gives me heart attack due to their team selection preferences. I will be personally very pissed if KL Rahul comes back in 15 men squad in World cup as a backup opener.

We're getting closer to the long-awaited ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, and I think that it deserves a separate thread for discussion & analysis, so let's have it!

The world cup is going to be hosted by England and Wales.

First match/final match: 30 May/14 July

when I was entered into that websites I seen you lots of competition between all the teams and most of the team where very dangerous and they have the ability to get into the final so anything will be happen I am waiting for the World Cup 2019.

All cricket pundits are saying that Englang is fav. have you already figure it out England and Indian team combination? you are ignoring bangladesh team. they can surprise any team too. just like 2007 world cup lol

India :  Yes

England : Still have some reservation on All rounder -wicket-keeper batsman.

Australia : Image is not clear atm due to Warner-Smith duo

South Africa: Even they are not sure about their 15 member squad.

New Zealand : Not much drastic change or any surprise here, a more or less same squad who played against India

Pakistan : Rab Janne (God knows) if they can put politics aside for a small period of time then they are all set.
 

What about bangladesh? you didn't gave any thought on this. again ignoring Bangaladesi players hehehe. and what do you mean by england problem? is it because they are playing with 3 wicket keeper who can bat also?

May be 2nd round? I do not see them will do better than this. English condition is cold for them. In the very recent time Bangladesh is not performing well. If you see their NZ tour then it's clear. They have lost all three ODIs.

Bangladesh team has some good players but recently I have seen they have problems with their top order batsmen.

One big news has come out, Indian cricket team has decided to boycott the match against Pakistan if Indian government gives the order to the team. If India didn't play against Pakistan automatically the bonus points will be credited to Pakistan. By 27th Feb BCCI meeting is gonna take place in Dubai and we can get the confirmed statement regarding the same by that time.

I thought to open this discussion unfortunately someone took it. Now seeing every team has begun planning for this year world cup matches and would look get their best 11+4 playing squad right particularly England team. It is imperative to have the reasonable side and having couple of all rounders in the group would simply make them increasingly more grounded.
Additionally with current diverse arrangement occurring among various nations can simply resemble a training match to get the players structure and procedure took note.

Yes Correct. Bangladeshi team playing sloppy cricket in Nz . no one expecting them to do well. i am not supporter because what they did in Srilanka was shameless but but they can upset any team in their day.

I partially agree with you here. England seems like a strong contender to lift the cup along with India in my opinion just like many others, but their key players need to retain their form no matter what.

On the other hand, I don't see Sri Lanka lifting the cup just because they are doing well recently since their team basically is not as great as their past teams. They don't have Murali, Vaas and a Sanga to guide them all the way.

India is my favorite for world cup and they are perfect team too. On the other hand, England seems to play well since they have the benefit of playing in home ground. It's a great chance for them to win the world cup. SL has no chance even.
