Looks like Pawncoin has a mention on front page of

http://www.reddit.com/r/cryptomarkets

Not sure if the author has the correct breakdown but people are asking for more information... I think this would be a good place for the devs or someone with a lot of knowledge to jump in and give some of those on reddit (which is a big community) an idea of how this is going to work

That yoteech told John Lights idea and our dev team not are behind of John Light. Differents things, devs should correct this in reddit as soon as possible! If i have understood right we are rivals with John Light.

http://www.coindesk.com/pawncoin-john-light-bitcoin-volatility-buttonwood/

Seems there is a lot of confusion regarding that since even I made that mistake originally (further back in this thread)

I wish I could help clarify but even I am a bit confused.

Indeed, i have followed this from launch and i still sometimes have problems understand things. I hope it will become more clearer when when services are out.

Dev's,

Thanks for changing the voting to yes or no, I hope that everyone else will see the benefits of NOT changing the rewards. I truly believe that when the reward reduces the coin will collapse. I think it will grow later but not as fast now the reward is perfectly in balance with 50 coins per block.
Greetings,

Alex

+1 for Alex. I have same opinion and voted no. Im looking for long term things and coin best, and I am not interested about short term profits.

By the way, i promoted Pawncoin little in small finnish community which is currently focusing on Blackcoin with pretty big profits. If we get this rolling im sure they will transfer some of profits to Pawncoin. I also made giveaway with 7500 Pawns Smiley. So, now some Finns know this and they tell this their friends if we success.

+1 I voted "no" as well.  I think that the 50 coins per block rate is perfect and it shows with the slow climb in value as of late as people get ready for the release of the exchange and pawnshop.

Nice job!  It is this kind of stuff that is really going to help - but like we all know (and I fully support) the devs waiting for the "goods" to be done before real promotions.

I've got my fair share of Pawncoin and have been mining since launch. My vote is keep the payout at 50 to keep the hashrate steadily climbing. Great job so far, so excited for the next few weeks.  Wink

Im baaaack! Looking for sig campaign. DM me if interested.

I am voting for yes  10 pawn reward. As this is my reason. First Mining is way too old for a new type of crypto currency. PoW is not secure anymore. PoS is or hybrid PoS will be the main thing. Also like any other premium non mineable crypto currencies like MasterCoin, CounterParty, Etherium and Bitshare, they all introduce the concept of Proof of Burn. Pawncoin will also be engaging in a Proof of Burn concept via its 3rd gen crypto epawncoin. The way I see it in Mining, just a waste of electricity. There are a lot of viable altcoins to burn. That itself would have transactions being generated and each of it will be shared by investors or coin holders in the blockchain.

also i think mining is not important as before now, the most important thing is service and application.

Yea, currently discussing the multi-pool development with interested parties. We can set the fees lower if the trading will be on our own exchange.

yes, that a good idea, also volume is very important for a exchange platform.  thanks for the hard work.
