Nice to see how the community is growing, nethashrate above 310 and a lot of members in the IRC channel at

Are you from Russia?

No, The Netherlands/Holland
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

My vote would be to let Poloniex users continue to 'dump' their coins and let the nature of the coin create its own path. My only concern really is tearing down the current sell wall and having a top 10 wallet decide to dump and clean up after we basically cant afford to buy anymore. This forum shows the support necassary for pawncoin to be m00nbound; for now I'll just keep picking up coins off the floor, dusting them off, and cherishing them.

Im baaaack! Looking for sig campaign. DM me if interested.

Yeah I agree, I think now the best thing we can do is just wait and see the exchange/shop and scoop up coins on the cheap.

What needs to happen is we need more volume. Both ways, up and down. The gap between the buys and sells has gotten larger and larger over the past day. 524 BTC trade volume on poloniex in 24 hrs and pawncoin has only 5.4 BTC. I am more than happy with keeping a low profile on promotions before the shop to avoid pump n dumps, but with such low volume if one person even wants to buy 20,000 pawn they 'pump' it and random Poloniex users dump just from one persons buy. We should focus on filling that 3,012 buy order 4,645 with action.

As I stated before I'll gladly write a well-thought out article on Pawncoin once more information is released by the developers.  It comes down to, as they said, them keeping it secretive so others don't steal it - which both hurts and helps.  In the short term, we aren't advertising, I can't write an article with limited information to publicize, so people don't know about it, volume is low, etc.  But in the long term, if things go according to plan (if), we will have a functioning exchange and pawnshop when the devs release a lot of information that I can then take to write into an article.  Then with the start of promotions and hopefully an article translated into various languages, everything will pick up.  In the immediate future expecting dips shouldn't be surprising.

We should probably cherish these days though, where we are a small somewhat close community that is actually positive and helpful.  Once the masses flow in, we all know how that'll go.  This has been fun so far.
