Check your math. This is not dividing, but multiplying. 500 * 100 M = 50 Bilion.

There are few errors in the whitepaper. However, you have serious problems with your math skills  

Anyway, to answer your questinos:

total pawncoin is ~7 milion but total ePawncoin will be 40 milion.
Price is 2 pawncoin = 1 ePawncoin.
On stage 1 of the IPO 20% of the ePawncoin will be sold, this means, 8 milion ePawncoins, which will be sold for 16 milion pawncoins. (Multiply, not divide!)
Having in mind that around a lot pawncoins are in big holders for long term investment and also the premine, this means that the real pawncoin in circualtion is around 3.5 milion. 16 / 3.5 = around 4 times the whole capitalisatoin will have to be bought in loops, as in each loop, pawncoin team will seel the pawncoins on double price on coinpod.
This would lead to a massive jump in price, I would'nt be that surprised if we see 20x in the next 2 weeks.

Indeed, I am soon tired to give my time/support for this coin (multipool/long term investor). How it can be so hard to publish things without problems? This is not first time...

EDIT: Today is monday and title says IPO next week. So have we wait still one week? I know its updated in last week and IPO meant to be in this week, but had to say this because devs have had many times outdated info in their open post etc.
