Even if the coin that you sold will grow after some time, the main thing that you time to secure yourself and it is likely that you have already made a profit. The next time you may see that the coin on the contrary fell in price twice!

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Well, I am a bit depressed because crypto prices are too low for me and I have a big portfolio.
I've lost over 80% and I am waiting for rebounce.
Hope finally my ROI will be better

Despite poor market conditions but there is still hope and therefore do not need to feel panic, the decline becomes an opportunity to buy more.
when we are panic the market will fall this is the fact If you continue your job without panic then why the cryptocurrency are falling like that so the main reason for the market to be fall is fear.

I am not afraid of the current market situation. I'm a pretty calm person and never panicked if something went wrong. I always try to soberly assess the situation, in this case, it is easier to make decisions and this greatly reduces the number of rash actions that we take on emotions.

When there are instances that when the coin you hold has turned to dumped hard, are you biting that move to panic sell all your coins? Do you feel ease that you sell all your coin when the dump starts? Or feel depressed when you dump your coins and turns out it almost x2 the usual price.

panic certainly exists. but for me the feeling of panic made my heart even more depressed, not making me comfortable. so I thought, whatever is happening, indeed, we should be more calm and we should not be seen as feeling anxious. because the anxiety is the source of the problem for ourselves.

When a coin is dumped I do not panic and sell as I believe if the fundamentals are good it will recover.
It is only matter of time. I do not regret my past decisions as the market is unpredictable and it has no sense to be smart afterwards.
