hi

i turned my miner on this coin from the start. solo mining.
i just checked and have 200.000.000 blitzcoins, and seem to find most of the blocks .
so i am on a fork i created myself?
i want to mine in a pool now, what do i do ? delete all first or just move on with this wallet?
my wallet is synced when i restart.

thanks

with solo mining it's crucial to wait for your wallet to be fully sync.

this you need to do
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=509173.msg5949704#msg5949704
you can check your current block and diff to match with http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/BlitzCoin

if you wait a bit, I'm about to compile win wallet with newest checkpoint. it will be finished in couple of hours.

Open client, help, debug window,  Console, type getmininginfo, you should get this
"blocks" : 5101,
"currentblocksize" : 0,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 120.17535314,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 9479324362,
"pooledtx" : 32,
"testnet" : false
}

OR something very close if you are on the right fork

ok i am on a different chain. my difficulty is not even one now.
is all lost now? or can i save some blocks from the start when the difficulty was still 1?
sorry if my questions are stupid..

i will try this, and see what happens:

I'll tell you a story guys... Once upon a time there was a great launch fail... Its name was ZeitCoin... I'm pretty sure that the Universe has prepared the same destiny for BlitzCoin. Enjoy your mining Cheesy
  There is one really huge problem that a lot of people failed to realize including myself with Zeitcoin. "amount of coins" normally this is not an issue except when you are laid out perfectly to stay between 1 and 3 satoshi. Why is this a big deal you ask? Well simple math, if you can manage to BUY for 1 satoshi, then turn around and sell for 2 satoshi guess what? You just made 100% profit on 2 simple trades, and trust me there are a lot of people completely fine with making 100% profit all day every day, so the price is stuck, it is what it is, but I wish the devs would have thought out the supply number a little better, but maybe they are the happy ones buying for 1 or 2 and selling for 3, easy money.

Thank you so much for using our pool!  http://locl.ca sends you a BIG HUG on behalf of all the blitz miners who ran with you.  When we saw your hashrate, we were amazed, then we were blown away.  Awesome!

I really hope that the IPO coins I get (0.5btc for being a pre-registration pool) will go a long way to help me further promote blitzcoin, and the pool.

Spread the word, http://blitz.locl.ca is legit!  We're looking for new miners all the time! Contests and giveaways in #altcoin-miner on irc.freenode.net
