It will happen, because ETH used to be on that position and something great development on the part of ETH that it makes more possible for ETH to be back. Definitely it is going to beat XRP in few days as the market capitalisation is getting better now. Continuous price fluctuation was the mainstream for the downfall of ETH but now it is slowly pumping and I strongly believe it will take its position of 2nd in few days for sure.
