Actually, I agree with KYC verification for bounty hunters, even I don't hate at all, because I believe in their team that they will use the identity of the bounty hunter properly and correctly. What I'm asking is, why do fraud projects need KYC verification from bounty participants?

I would not say that all Bounty Hunters hate this test because some even have enough of it even to their liking.

I think bounty hunters wants to keep their privacy. Their identity is even more important than anything else. In my opinion KYC should only be for investors and not for bounty hunters. I wouldn't join any Bounty that requires KYC only to get the rewards.

This is all due to the fact that the KYC procedure itself is generally not entirely legitimate, since today there is a possibility that all the documents that were previously submitted to the KYC procedures can now be sold.

I, too, not understand why many bounty hunters scares KYC?! There's nothing wrong with confirming your identity. I think KYC do not like most bounty hunters who want to fraudulently make money. But there are bounty hunters who are too worried about their safety, but I think these are a minority.

For bounty hunters, the KYC procedure is probably not needed in many cases. This is very inconvenient. The ICO team should make a distinction between investors and bounty hunters.

Kyc for Bounty participants is not needed, but if the Bounty Manager's or the team behind the projects is detected that their is cheating happened in their Campaigns we cannot do anything if they want the participants to perform KYC because that is their rules and we need to follow it.

What i know,  KYC means Know Your Customer ! Bounty hunters are there to Support ICO Project to spread the word about the project .. BUT as soon as the Project manager mention KYC then many  Hunter run away  ! Why? Is it  because  people  don't want review their identity  for security  reason  or people  are joining campaign  with bot software ..

people hate KYC because the risk is very high, the team can use the ID's in illegal works that is why people avoid passing their personal identity and by passing KYC there is no assurance that the team will pay you in the end, maybe if they will pay the participants when they asking for KYC, all the participants will submit it.

Many bounty hunters are reluctant to pass KYC (Know Your Customer) for the bounty, as there is no guarantee that your data wouldn't be sold to third party or leaked to others. These days, personal data is very important.

Because there is some country who has their law which is illegal to submit that national identification.
another is EVADING privacy, we are in blockchain where we are anonymous and now KYC is changing it.
there are no benefit for the KYC in the side of bounty nor investors but only for the ICO TEAM.

Obviously, it is not easy to hand out your identity for something that might not even have value. Security reason is not the only reason why bounty hunters run away. KYC should not be compulsory for bounty hunters as they only help to spread the word about the project, some bounty managers also use kyc to curb multiple account usage too, but KYC is really a high risk.

Bounty hunters do not want to transfer their personal data to unknown persons, but there are cases when the KYC procedure is problematic or impossible due to some formalities with documents (lack of a foreign passport or driver's license)

maybe because 50% of the projects are scams and if I want my private documents to be sold in the Darknet, then I'd rather do it by myself.  Wink

I don't feel comfortable with sharing personal info to receive bounty reward and last project I participated I wasn't rewarded because of this. What I really hate here is when they say there won't be KYC and then they say KYC is required to receive tokens. Another thing is, when bounty hunters don't do kyc, do their stakes go to other bounty hunters or to team?

Maybe everyone has a different opinion about KYC procedures. I don't think they are completely runaway because they have to do KYC. However, each Bounty project has a different policy and sometimes they change policies at will. Like the Bounty project which says if there is no KYC, what happens when the Bounty is finished, they are required to do KYC.

Yes, basically KYC is not a problem, but those who have a lot of bots are upset. I do not like KYC only when I am informed about him late and I do not have time to go

People who do not neglect the safety of storage of their personal data and information to the issue of passing the KYC procedure are negative.
And this decision to avoid KYC finds its explanation and is quite reasonable.

I think that every person appreciates anonymity in the world of cryptocurrency. That is why people do not like KYC . It deprives them of anonymity.

I did a small research and 90% of normal living people are afraid of identity verification. They accept identity verification only by a bank and not by some random "company" on the internet  Roll Eyes.

If anyone needs to provide KYC then it should be the ICO/STO team members and their investors. Bounty hunters work is to promote through social sites and forum, web design, contents creating. Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure is intended for investors and it's frustrating that they are all trying to give bounty hunters this pain of taking risk of exposing their private data to some organisation or people who may sell those information for bad purpose.
