After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

Are ICOs really dead and do you still invest in ICO projects?

The market killed ICOs last year. However, we cannot say that it is dead, maybe investors just kept away from ICOs lately due to their losses due to the market condition.

it is certainly true that investors who run away do not invest in ICO anymore because to get profits is difficult and the time goes by frauds in ICO investment are increasingly detrimental to investors

Yes, I think ICO will die soon if the scammer if not disappear, the investors have all lost the faith in the ICO, scam project, fraud, and more, they cheat their money and go away, who want to invest it again?

I think ico isn't dead, it's just that the market that has decreased makes the ico become quiet and the price of ico coins becomes unstable. this is very disturbing to the ico team who work hard to advance the ico because it is hindered by the low price of the market.

But the problem is we don't know which is the good ICO that can work well after launch in the exchanges because many of the projects cannot survive in the bear market and decide to delay or extend the project until the market recover. The problem is that every day they launch new ones, but few are good, and people get lost in it all. Invest only in those that are popular, and make sense.

ICOs are still alive but there now only few people who are interested to make investment. There are many risks that investors will face by making investment in ICOs but they do not have courage to take it. I also quitted in participating in ICOs because of the losses that I keep experiencing.

The fact is that now people do not give their money because there is no regulation of the market. but still many good projects continue to raise enough funds for development

Of course Not mate just a matter of fact I am still participated in some ICO's that I am sure will gonna grow in the future. And I really do some research and reading their white papers to make sure that my investments will grow in the future while the market is in this situation. So better to get more information about the projects you gonna invest with your savings.

I think crypto world har already full up with a lot of ICOs on 2017-2018. Now its time to wait and select more reliable project to invest in current market condition. For now, the ICOs look very dead and buried unless there is a miraculous revival. Everyone in the crypto community is tired at the rate the ICOs have swindled investors of their hard earned money.

It's seemed you're just unlucky of choosing the good ICO on that day or you were just investing in random projects without knowing it well that's why you always get scam. To avoid it, do first a research before make an investment In such ICO and make a review on each ICO that you're  going to invest.

You may be unlucky to invest. I regularly follow ico's investment groups so I only invest in ico with a clear appreciation from my community. It will create more safety when you work alone. ICOs do not die so rest assured. It can be replaced by STO or IOE in the future.

Now is the bear market stage, the market for cryptocurrency is not stable enough. Several ICO projects invested in 2018 have lost money, so now I have a cautious investment attitude towards ICO.

that means ico doesn't die. maybe many investors are more careful, but they don't leave ico. they still have to see the development of several ico projects. because if we see there are some ico who have succeeded too.
