i think ICOs are not dead but we can see new altcoins are being dumped just after listing or Dead because very few interests in cryptos from investors, moreover because of downtrend market, less investors willing to invest in ICOs when they see no chance to have profit, rightnow the price can be low, but i believe ICO will soon has it chance  when the market rises again.

Yes, right, investors don't want to buy ICO anymore, which often doesn't produce, but only continues to lose and many complain about it, but now the rising IEO in my opinion is a substitute for ICO.

at this time ICO is being hit by a virus but I am sure if there will be a way that can restore the ICO trend again.
there will be ways that can make ICO avoid fraud so investors will be safer to invest in ICO.

Nooe icos still not dead, i still believe icos investing will keep survive in the next few years. Icos just need more regulation so the scamers cant do nothing when icos had more regulation.

Not at all but lately is hard to find a good bounty or I just had problems with finding one ? Also KYC seems to departed a lot of people from doing bounties and I consider this a good deed no matter what other may say, KYC was a good initiate among the bounties aswell

Some just quit on investing and promoting it but there are still some ICO's nowadays.
And also there is a new one that could take over ICO ,IEO is the new trend in crypto but don't be fooled by it because scammers would also create their own IEO.

yes ico is really dead for those who are difficult to develop I mean the team that is not serious about developing their program anymore. After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

I can't say they are outrightly dead because there are still many ico out there and there are few of them that are still hitting their target cap, so it is not fully dead but it's popularity has drastically reduced and this is because of many scam ICOs

Most ICOs are dead no doubt about that but there are still good ICOs that are running quite well and an example of such which i have come across is wolfpackBOT which is a cryptocurrency trading software that also comes with a hardware device. their sales are doing really great and i know there are other ICOs that are also seeing huge success in their token sales. You just have to make an extensive research about an ICO before investing your funds into their token sales.

well, the demand for ICO is currently decreasing because so many projects have become scams. well, but over time, I'm sure ICO will return to its heyday in the future. I think a better development is needed so that ICO in the future is quite difficult to be used as a place for scammers.
