I guess so,next year 2020 would be a great year for the crypto universe especially those who wants to launch their ICO, 2020 might become the 2017 ICO where most of it were legitimate and successful unlike in 2018 and 2019, a lot of ICO were scams and unsuccessful. Lets hope for  a better next year for the crypto but we must not disregard crypto this year, crypto must recover.

Time will can tell about that is hard to say everything now. But I think all will be there and scam projects will be there too as long that scammer is on earth it will still do what they always do. But hopefully by 2020 everything will be good so we can have a good year too.

We should be positive but nothing is clear.We hoped that 2019will be the good year but till now nothing impressive.The market conditions say that upcomming year is bringing something better for ICO.

I guess they're having pure assumptions here because of the ICO replacement with the STO or Security Token Offering which will give investors more benefits and security with their investments. I do not think that it is necessary to allocate a certain year for the development of ICO. A good project can always show its potential even in difficult times, but when the market is growing it is easier to do.
