I am not sure there is significant relationship between bitcoin halving and the development of different ICO projects.Bitcoin halfing is no guarantees that the price of bitcoin will be high.And we may not see mich of ICOs in tue future givem the fact that a lot of them had serious challenges in the past.The more likely thing is regulations and the birth of institutional funded projects or STOs

I believe that there is a possibility that the following years will be good for ico, but I can also say that 2019 is also not a bad year. This is just a prediction of yours, but you don't know what exactly waiting for the crypto world in 2020! We are now in the Q1 of 2019, so, predicting about the next year is just another fake hype! The ICO market totally depends on the crypto market's nature! We are in the bear condition of the crypto market, everyone trying to be used to with it. But if BTC price would hit 10K USD in June then the ICO market will be strong and successful again, right? And if the BTC price comes down to 1K-1500 USD, then most of the ICO project will be canceled. So, it depends on the BTC price movements, not in any big speculation.

of course we all want profit because what we are looking for here is income, even though it is not large but producing it will be a good income.
many of them said that if they were not in line with ideology even though it would benefit them, they would not join, and many also said that even though they were not in line with their ideology but could provide great benefits, they would still join them.

in near future i am sure ico projects will get its success back after several months much ico failed in market.but this is not only ico , existing coins also feel the same condition.

Until we have good regulations and until we have a bunch of people like ICOETHICS who are good in tracking bad eggs in the ICO industry, we will have people losing a lot of money investing in fake ICO there's good and bad on that stage.

We cannot assure it will happen in that year, maybe in my own opinion in last 2017 we saw some good potential altcoin in the market most of them are still in a good run but more of them are fake and scam, I really hoping what you said will come true soon so I just waiting and enjoy staying in cryptoworld.
