India not only beat Australia in today's match, they beat me too. I bet for Australia. I thought I will win this bet but lost this match because of only 6 runs. I can't accept it. I first thought that India will win this match then I bet on the support of Australia. I lost today's bet due to my mistake of mind. If I had bet on the support of India first then I would have won today's bet.

It was really good a match between Australia and India. Australia dominated throughout the match but could not sustain it towards the end. Australia lost four wickets from the last four balls. India really deserves praise in that concern. Australia lost the match by just 6 runs. Undoubtedly it has been a good cricket.

Agreed. The ICC has reduced T20 world cup to a 12-team event, as the main event will start only on 22nd October. Even TV channels were busy broadcasting the warmup matches instead of the matches in the first round. Ideally, this is a 16-team event, and there should be 4 groups of 4 teams each. Instead of that, they have just given direct entry for 50% of the teams to the second round, and thereby reduced the first round to some sort of a qualifying round where only two tier one test nations are participating.

Zimbabwe are undoubtedly a better team than Ireland. But Zimbabwe have had many good teams before. But now maybe the condition of the team is not very good because of their finances. But they are trying to play good cricket. Ireland played well enough in this match, maybe with a few more wickets they could have won

They should have easily given over 200 runs targets. But they stopped their innings at 186. We have never seen a better performance from Kohli.

West Indies and Sri Lanka stumbled early. Sri Lanka lost the first match by 55 runs against Namibia. In today's match, the West Indies team lost by 42 runs against Scotland. It is very difficult for both these teams to qualify for the main round of the World Cup. Both Sri Lanka and West Indies are very good teams in T20 format. Such a poor performance was not expected from them.

While not as important, India would still be confident going into the main rounds of the T20 World Cup. As Mohammed Shami completes his last over, the team's morale may be further boosted. India won the game after Kohli's spectacular catch in the 20th over, followed by a brilliant run-out and a match-winning over by Shami.

India played well, but I expected a better performance from them. I saw India's batting in the first 7 overs. Their run rate was more than 10. But still they were not able to collect 200 runs. Australia had complete control of the match till 15 overs. They scored 144 runs in 15 overs losing only 2 wickets. Australia needed just 11 runs in the last over to win. But they collected only 4 runs in the last over, and the interesting thing is that they lost 4 wickets in the last over. India managed to win only because of this one over by Mohammad Shami.
