Sri Lanka won by 23 runs and not 170  . One of the best performance by Sri Lanka, i lost my bet but once i saw the dedication in the field by the Sri Lankan players, saying runs throwing around and their catching was brilliant.

They played as a team and won the tournament, even when they lost the wickets when they were batting, they somehow managed to find a partnership to build up a good total and their bowlers even though they gave many extra runs through wide deliveries they were able to control the match till the end.

Well said, the team depends on specific players. In every match they can't be successful in winning with performance from those players. I think luck can still play a factor anyways, Pakistan for example after defeat in the Group match was lucky to have won against India in Super 4, not to forget the lucky win against Afghanistan which came out of nowhere. I do not think Pakistan was unlucky. I think they had no clue or plan on how to win against Srilanka. They also underestimated the Srilankan batters after winning the toss and initially putting pressure on them. Bhanuka Rajapaksa played brilliantly yesterday as it was a pressure match. Babar Azam is out of form and this might not go well with Pakistan in the T20WC.
