A total of three T20I series have been played between Pakistan and Afghanistan out of which Afghanistan won two and Pakistan won yesterday's series. In this T20 match, if Pakistan's team is managed properly, Pakistan could have won in the past two as well. The team would have been much stronger if Pakistan had men players. They are basically not too happy with a win against Pakistan as Afghanistan have won two matches in total with a wide margin of victory.
 Shahdab Khan came in the 12th over and took two wickets and gave away one run with this over turning the tide of Afghanistan's game. Shahdab Khan and Ihsanullah were again the best of the two players which was very effective for the team and helped bring the win.

The issue with Pakistan is that they have made a stunning decision of sending new team to play T20 series against Afghanistan. The second tier team of Pakistan badly collapsed in front of Afghanistan team. May be this is move to strengthen position of struggling Rizwan and Babar back in team. Nobody is appreciating PCB idea of sending such new and inexperienced team. Even if you trying to test new players test them in a team where majority are experienced players. Now there are chances of losing series 3-0.

IMO, it is not a foolish decision from the PCB to send a young and inexperienced team to face Afghanistan. T20 rankings doesn't matter much (unlike the case with ODIs and tests), and it is always good to build a player pool for the future. And we need to admit that there were a few positives from the first two matches. And Pakistan comprehensively won the third match despite overwhelming odds. Saim Ayub (20-years old) and Iftikhar Ahmed clicked with the bat, while in the bowling department there was good performances from Ihsanullah and Zaman Khan.

By the way! Congratulations Pakistan team you saved your face from utter humiliation after winning the last T20 match against Afghanistan. It was a completely one-sided match. You should have played in the same manner in your previous two games.

The third T20 is a win for Pakistan. As Afghanistan ended the innings at 116 runs, it was a big win for Pakistan by 66 runs. Ihsanullah and Shadab Khan bowled well taking 3 wickets each. Mohammad Nabi rewarded the player of the match. Hope the winning of the match will help them build the team even better. Afghanistan is performing really good, they've learnt to perform according to the target and match situation. The failure is while chasing big target, the players just build pressure and carries it around which needs to be changed.

Pakistan got a great win against Afghanistan in an important match. This win was undoubtedly a very important win for Pakistan.
Pakistan lost the first two matches of the three-match T20 series by six wickets and seven wickets respectively to Afghanistan. Pakistan's defeat drew a lot of criticism on social media as Pakistan announced a squad with bench players instead of announcing their main team against Afghanistan. Pakistan avoided a whitewash against Afghanistan by winning the last match.

They secured a comfortable 66-run win against Afghanistan.  Sadab Khan was selected as Man of the Match and Mohammad Nabi was selected as Man of the Series.

In the matches between Pakistan and Afghanistan, I did not understand at first that the players of Pakistan team performed so badly. I bet with the support of Pakistan, but the players of Pakistan could not do bowling and batting well.  Match lost I lost bet.Afghanistan team players have done amazing performance in T20 matches.I first thought to bet in support of Afghanistan but Pakistan my favorite team for that I bet in support of Pakistan.

@pakhittheboss each year we say it’s probably his last season, and each season he comes out and says I’ll be back so I can understand why the fan’s are excited about him. Also if he can use this transformation to smash the  bowlers around the park I guess no one will really complain, but we all should be realistic too that at his age there’s not much he can do so I wouldn’t saddle him with unnecessary expectations too.

You are correct  each year we predict this might be his last but each year he comes stronger and more fit. Age is a concern but I think he will be able to cope with it a few more years. I am not expecting anything big from him but the hype being created by CSK is overwhelming for fans.

Pakistan lost the series by 2-1 after defeating Afghanistan by 66 runs in Pakistan's third and final Twenty20 match against Afghanistan yesterday. Although Pakistan lost the series, this series gave Pakistan a consolation record. Yesterday, Shadab Khan took his 100th T20I wicket in his individual career.
Shadab Khan took Ibrahim Zadran's 99th wicket, surpassing Shahid Afridi's record of 98. Shadab Khan came in the 12th over to record the 100th wicket in his T20 career by taking the wicket of Osman Ghani. So far Shadab Khan is the highest wicket taker for Pakistan in T20 cricket in his individual career. But yesterday Shadab Khan took the wicket of Muzeeb Rahman to take his 101st T20I wicket in his individual career.

Pakistan has not lost to Afghanistan in any format before this series he did not lose series Pakistan was defeated by 6 wickets in the first T20 match of the series in Sharjah. This time in the second match they were caught by 7 wickets Pakistan captain Shadab Khan won the toss and decided to bat first in Sharjah. He scored only 130 runs for 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs Imad Wasim remained unbeaten with 64 runs off 57 balls with the help of 3 fours and 2 sixes. Besides, 32 runs from 25 balls came from the bat of Pakistan's Shadab. The two teams will enter the field in the third and last T20 of the series having already lost the series Pakistan is worried about being whitewashed by Afghanistan.

You know the biggest beneficiary of this series loss? Muhammad Rizwan. He was criticized for his slow Strike rate in T20I and now he is all set to make a come back for at least a year. Pakistan team is full of giving surprises and this is just another surprise.

I am still not sure whether he would be able to handle the pressure as playing in IPL as a captain is different from domestic cricket.

Cant wait for the world cup, new bowling talent of Pakistans team is extra ordinary and i am expecting in the world cup Pkaistan is going to be the best side on the Bowling attack.

It doesn't matter whether they win this series or not. What is the significance of this series? It was setup as a last minute replacement by the ACB after Australia cancelled their Afghan tour. Even if Pakistan lose this series, it is not going to impact them in a big way. Matches against teams such as New Zealand and England are far more important. Anyway, we don't even know whether Afghanistan will have the full member status in the long run. That is one of the topics to be discussed during the next general meeting of the ICC.

Afghanistan is better side then many full member teams and rightly deserve a place as full member. The only hurdle is strict Afghan government rule of no women cricket team. So Afghanistan will have same status until they introduce women cricket team which is very much unlikely. Rashid Khan desire that they want Pakistan team to come and play in Kabul. The security situation in Afghanistan is getting better and may be we can have international cricket in Kabul in coming years.

Best review about this series from your side because I was reading many posts mostly were feeling not happy with this result even for me this was good from youngsters those are looking for the better future in this game because after PSL big players need rest and Afghanistan was also not good side, so they take this chance for better things which are need of the time as well.

Few players have good future because their performance was better than expectations and few needs to check their own technique if they want to have better things in near future we always need to be positive but still good win for the Afghanistan and well played by all Pakistanis in this useless series.
