5 runs from the last six balls wasn't a tough target but the more experienced bowler Afif Hossain completed the last over with just two runs which was a great achievement for Bangladesh. The Malaysian batsman,Virandeep Singh on the other hand, scored 52 runs off 39 balls but ultimately his wicket fell as one of the main reasons Malaysia lost in the quarter-finals. Had he tackled Afif Hossain's ball in a defensive mood, Malaysia might have beaten Bangladesh in the quarter-finals. This is what I don't like about the associate sides. They crack under pressure and they threw away easy opportunities to win matches against full member nations. A win today would have been earth-shattering for Malaysia.

The match has completed between Qater and Saudi Arabia.Saudi Arabia won the match by 7 wickets. Saudi Arabia chase the target before 9 balls. Saudi Arabia played very well. Manan Ali performed 52 runs in only 37 runs. Waheed also played very well and made 38 runs in 32 balls. Faisal Khan made 27 runs in only  13 balls. Waqar ul Hassan made  34 runs in only 28 balls. Saudi Arabia won the match easily. From Qatar side, Arshad  made 76 runs in only 41 balls, he performed excellent inning. Shaikh got 2 wickets by giving 21 runs in 4 overs.Saudi Arabia batting side is very good. Saudi Arabia easily defeated Qatar. Qatar bowlers cannot defend this score, while 168 runs were not bad score but Saudi Arabia got a big victory.

Normally you would expect a set batter to score runs against a part time bowler but Afif Hossain has more than enough exposure in international cricket and knows how to handle the pressure, maybe that's why he did well with the ball despite being a batting all rounder.

Guess that's where some sort of international experience counts.
