Yes you are right it is sad to see Royal Challengers Bangalore start well but struggle at end of match. Opening partnership of Kohli and Du Plessis looked good but other batsmen did not help much. The target was not very big considering the team but this simple target was made very big by the Bangalore batsmen.  There are many other famous stars in RCB including Virat Kohli, such a performance from RCB is disappointing. If the batsmen could have stayed on the wicket, they would have scored runs later, there was no need for Bengaluru to rush the power play. Every season the expectations of the RCB fans are high but since the beginning of the season RCB has disappointed the fans every time. Where we expect one win after another from this team, this team is giving us one defeat after another. Lucknow Super Giants outstanding all-round performance in this match and won by 28 runs against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Quinton de Kock excellent batting scored 81 runs from just 56 balls he just missed his well-deserved century by a few runs short but reached a team total of 180 plus. Bengaluru spends a lot of money every season in signing players but for some reason in terms of performance they always lag far behind other teams. RCB has more world class stars including Virat Kohli but still their performance is like that of an ordinary team. Against Bengaluru, LSG won by relatively less runs, which means that RCB batsmen could not take advantage of LSG's bowling line-up at all. 

If we look at the points table we can see that RCB is in a very bad position in the points table. RCB has played a total of four matches in this tournament so far in which RCB have lost three matches and they have won only one match. While other teams have been largely pressure-free this season, Bangalore have been under a lot of pressure since the start of the season. I don't know how well they can perform under such pressure.

Mayank's wicket of Green was literal rocket, I know he bowls fast but this was one delivery where it felt so. Mayank's entry to the team seems to have rejuvenated the bowling department of LSG, even as a whole team they are appearing more passionate than before.
