But, we still need some good specific rule from ICC about this because I watch few matches recently in different countries, and we have many small boundaries even in few we have nearly 55 meters which are surely not good for the men cricket specially while you are playing on dead pitches and bowlers are surely praying for hell instead of playing on pitches and conditions like these.

In today's 3rd T20 match of Oman vs Namibia, Namibia team came to bat and set a target of 101 runs, losing 8 wickets in 20 overs. Namibia team batsman Kotze was dismissed for 18 runs from 23 balls. Malan Kruger was dismissed for 2 runs from 10 balls. Performance of Namibia team batsmen.  Was very bad. Oman team won this match by 8 wickets. Oman team batsman Naseem Khushi was dismissed with 66 runs off 40 balls. Jatinder Singh was dismissed with 7 runs off 11 balls.

In the 18th match of IPL, Punjab Kings faced Gujarat Titans. GT is currently batting first against Punjab Kings where after the first power play, GT has collected 53 runs for one wicket. 53 runs for the loss of one wicket in the first power play can be said to be a good collection for any team. Compared to Punjab Kings, Gujarat Titans is definitely a stronger team and one that has consistently performed. If Gujarat Titans can score 180 or 190 plus runs in the first innings against Punjab Kings, GT will likely win this match.

Punjab Kings' first three match results are not good at all as they have lost two out of first three matches. However, the team that is up against Punjab Kings is doing pretty well in this tournament so far.  


As my bet is in favor of Gujarat Titans in this match I expect GT to win this match.

New Zealand is a special case, they have small grounds so they can't do much about it and it's a fact that not every stadium can accommodate 75-meter boundaries.

Usually, it's a minimum 60-meter mark from the center of the pitch but old stadiums are not made to accommodate the same boundary size from every direction, here comes the short Square boundary problem, sometimes it's like 55-ish meters which is a big joke. However, In the last WC ICC gave a recommendation of a minimum of 70 meters boundaries for every venue and it was followed accordingly.

Close to 300 scores are not competitive rather a sure-fire win for the defending team, such scores leave no room for second inning whereas I think 170- 200 runs are competitive totals.

SRH vs MI was not as one sided despite being a high scoring match, but I think it's rare feat.

You contradicted yourself here. Close to 300 scores might not really be competitive now, but they might be competitive later the way things are going with each passing season in the IPL.

It wasn't news but my wishful thinking and I am sure we won't see 100-meter boundaries even if we have enough space in the stadium. 80-85 meters might be achievable and it could become the norm if the people at the top start treating bowlers like humans. lol

BTW, GT looks all set to reach a total of around 180-200. But the big question is whether that is going to be enough at the Narendra Modi Stadium. It offers a lot of support for the batsmen.

Gujrat Titans players are now very confident after defeating the strong Hyderabad team in the previous match. Hyderabad team was in great form. Gujarat then got an easy win against Hyderabad. Gujarat's batsmen are batting very well in today's match as well.

At the end of 16 overs, Gujarat team managed to collect 141 runs after losing 3 wickets. Unbeaten Shubman Gill collected 59 runs from 35 balls. Gujarat team will not give target less than 180. I guess, for the backup opener, he's safe for now(Rohit-Jaiswal are first choice openers). I'm not seeing enough competition for openers because no local talent is breaking the door at the top. Ruthu is there but his chances are not looking good atm. Don't want to see KL Rahul as an opener, no matter what. Also, I believe selectors won't entertain his name as an opener, despite him opening for his franchise.

For the series of New Zealand which it to be hosted by Pakistan, Rawalpindi is ready to host it and today PCB shared the picture of Rawalpindi stadium and when I got it, I decided it to share it with you.

This stadium become a wonderful and good-looking stadium and after some time, before the Champions Trophy, it will more upgraded as you can see in the below picture that in just one month, they did this upgrade. The all seats in Rawalpindi stadium have been changed into good seats and also more seats are in the process hope that it will be done before the series, we have also changed in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore but at this time, PCB hasn’t shared that picture.

Today Gill achieve first step for having his selection into next world cup with scoring 89 runs on 48 balls and keep his wicket till end is also good even I believe he is short of 10 to 15 runs because surely he deserves century with this performance and his team is also needed to be had 215 to 220 which could be much better still they are hot favourite for the third win from their four matches.

Rabada and Harshal Patel have special treatment from the GT batting in this match but still others were better and done good job now we are heading for the second inning with Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad are going to show their magic today we need good batting from the Jonny Bairstow who is out of form and today need to give his best if he wants his team have second win of this season in this game.

Rahul Tewatia batted at a strike rate of 265 in today's match and gave an innings of 23 runs off eight balls. Today as gujarat managed to score a lot of runs they have a high chance of winning because they have good bowlers in their team especially Rashid Khan who is a very dangerous bowler in T20. If the Gujarat Titans bowlers can bowl properly today then they are sure to win this match as Punjab Kings batting lineup is not that strong.

According to defeating target which was set by Namibia squad then this match was totally one sided match and Oman Squad defeated Namibia squad was very badly and their performance in overall innings was amazing especially in fielding. First Oman sqaud break Namibia's squad batter at low scores just 101 in 20 overs. After getting target, Oman's squad batter simply achieved this 101 scores target with no pressure. Fayyaz Butt cleared out 2 batter wickets of Dylan Leicher and Jan Frylinck also two more bowlers Aqib Ilyas and Mohammad Nadeem also wiped out 2 wickets each. Naseem Khushi batters helped a lot to achieve this low defeating target of 101 scores and got a superb victory as well win this competition with lead of 1 extra win.

When GT's score was 53 after first six overs I said maybe 180 to 190 after 20 overs. The GT total collection was ten runs more than I had expected. With Punjab having already lost 2 wickets, the pressure to score runs per over and the pressure to retain wickets is making this match difficult for Punjab. Punjab's top order is not performing well but their middle order is playing very well. Especially Shashank Singh is batting well. Shahank is unbeaten with 48 runs off just 22 balls. Punjab team collected 150 runs in 15.3 overs. Jitesh Sharma has just got out after collecting 16 runs off 8 balls.

The match has become very competitive at this point. If Shahank Singh stays at the crease, Punjab Kings have a chance to win. Shashank is batting very aggressively. Punjab now need 50 runs from 27 balls. The chances of winning are now equal for both teams. If Gujarat want to win, they will have to bowl very controlled bowling in the last four overs.

Punjab Kings are fighting back, but I have a feeling that they have lost too many wickets. They need another 43 runs in 20 balls. It could have been achievable in case they had wickets in hand. But now they have lost 6 wickets and along with Shashank Singh they have the lower order batsman Ashutosh Sharma at the crease. Harpreet Brar and Harshal Patel to come next. 3 more overs remain, and IMO they will be bowled by Mohit Sharma, Umesh Yadav and Azmatullah Omarzai.

A competitive and much needed win for Punjab Kings. Last over was a lot of ups and downs for both team.
Punjab won the toss and as expected wanted to field first. It was the home ground for Gujrat Titans and were expected to have a good score. With Shubham Gills 89 not out they made a good score of 199 with losing only 4 wickets. It was expected much aggressive play from them special in the last five overs considering they had 7 wickets on hand. They might have thought a target of 200 would be enough.
But Punjab turned in with an aggressive stance from the start, even though they kept losing wickets, they kept on maintaining the winning runrate. Shasank Singh played a much needed nerverecking inning making the win sure for the team in the last over.
The game proves two things, the run is more important than wickets and the 2nd batting side do have an unfair advantage in T20.

This was a low score match and Oman team shocked Namibia team and Namibia all team made only 101 runs . Oman team won the match in 11 overs . Oman team player played very well in bowling. This was bowling friendly pitch and bowlers played very well on this pitch A. Ilyas took 2 wickets by giving 13 runs in 4 overs and he also made a score for his team and was awarded as a player of the match.M. Nadeem also took 2 wickets by giving 16 runs in 3 overs and he performed an excellent bowling . And batting side of Oman N. Khushi preformed excellent inning and made 66 run and Namibia side on one player played well in both batting and blowing.
