Rajasthan Royals won the game in a hard-fought, highly contested game. This ground of today's game is famous for its bowling pitch, all the bowlers have collected more or less wickets. So both the teams lacked patient batsmen, only Rajasthan Royals Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 39 runs which was the highest run scorer between the two teams. Surprsing changes from both the teams yesterday (despite Jaiswal and Ashutosh coming back as an impact players), these changes obviously didn't work out well for either as PBKS barely got 147 and RR barely chased it.

In Group A, Nepal vs Qatar game was concluded today and this was the 6 th game and other game was also ended on same day Saudia Arabia team vs Malaysia team. 1 st game was more exciting and intense than other game because Nepal effort in this game was commendable and their target in game was outstanding. First Nepal won toss and gave a bowling chance to opponent team Qatar and this game was held on Al Amerat Cricket Ground Oman Cricket Stadium and Nepal team made 210 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets and this target waa not possible to chase. Qatar team lost this game by 32 runs and only chased 178 runs by losing wickets. D.Airee was alrounder player got a player of game award in bowling he took down 2 wickets and in batting he scored 64 runs. A.Sheikh scored 52 runs from 41 balls with six 4s and his effort was also very excellent. M.Tanveer struggle also very outstanding and scored 63 runs from Qatar team side but his effort was not beneficial for team.

One thing that I don't like is the fact that only one out of the 10 participating teams will qualify for the 2025 Asia Cup competition. They could have given slots for 2 more teams. But then, most of the teams apart from Nepal doesn't have any native players and therefore they are not supported by anyone in the countries which they represent. Nepal and Malaysia are two teams with native players who have progressed quite well in recent times. And then there are Indonesia and Iran, who are making rapid progress.

Punjab kings failed to defend a total of 148 runs. Rajasthan Royals chased down the target of 152 runs in a loss of 7 wickets at last over of the match. From Rajasthan Royals Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shimron Hetmyer both batting well scored important runs and win match for his team. The Player of the Match is Shimron Hetmyer for his amazing performance scored 27 runs from just 10 balls.

RR should be grateful for players like Hetmyer who literally pulled them out of the gutter when everyone else were falling in quick succession. Both teams experimented with openers and failed badly.
