Royal Challengers Bengaluru is slowly becoming a laughing stock in Indian cricket. They have some of the world's best batsmen, including Faf du Plessis,
Virat Kohli and Glen Maxwell. But then they have some ordinary bowlers, such as Yash Dayal and Vijaykumar Vyshak. As a result, they conceded a 250+ total versus Sunrisers Hyderabad. Going by this, Virat Kohli will never be in a team that lifted the IPL trophy before he retires. I was just stun to see 287 runs being scored in a T20 match. What is the highest ever score in T20 cricket and in the IPL ? I think many records would have been shattered today by this inning by Sunrisers Hyderabad. When you look back the innings, you will find all the balls were hit for fours and sixes and nothing else. Too much fireworks in reaching this mammoth total.

Travis Head led the innings with 102 runs in 41 balls. Heinrich Klaasen also scored 67 runs at almost 200% strike rate. Almost everyone scored at this fast pace they only lost 3 wickets in the process.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru may never chase this huge total but they are not coming slow as they have also made 96 runs in only 7.4 overs. The problem is that even with this score, the required rate for them is still over 15. That is how big the target today set by the Sunrisers hyderabad.

Entertaining chase, at least until Faf was on crease. RCB got good start, didn't give up and tried to keep up with RRR, but obviously really hard to keep up. Will Jacks, Faf's outs were rather unfortunate, Saurav Chauhan's spot was wasted, c'mon even Maxwell would have been better, though out of form at least his name is big, him being in squad would have given illusory solace to top order, lol.

I thought Bengaluru team will lose all the wickets before collecting 200 runs. But Bengaluru scored a massive 262 runs today. Only because of Dinesh Kartik's excellent batting, the team managed to collect so much. Dinesh Kartik scored a massive 83 runs from just 35 balls. Karthik played an excellent innings.

Bengaluru batsmen batted very well today. Especially Du Plessis, Kohli and Dinesh Kartik played very well. If Bengaluru's batsmen could have batted like this in the previous matches, then maybe the team could have won a few matches. But in the past matches we have seen poor performances from both the Bengaluru batsmen and bowlers.

Tonight it's completely batting friendly track because bowler didn't get any turn and that the main reason of we have highest runs target of this IPL season where the Australian beast smashed a phenomenal century with a 250 around strike rate along side with south African monster klassen and then rest of thier player perform well from top to bottom and at that time I taught it will be a kohli day but unfortunately he unable to done significant for his team at that difficult situation later thier captain and Kartik played hard but at that time things were out of thier hand and despite having scoring 250 still they lose.

It is really sad to see Royal Challengers Bangalore lose another matc in tournament. They work hard but often come up short when it is important. Pitch helped other team score lot of runs especially with Australian and South African players doing well. It is really disappointing that players like Kohli could not make a big impact when needed by the way they are talented. It seems like luck is never on Royal Challengers Bangalore side and they struggle against something they ca not see. RCB team can do better in the next matches may be.

With a target of 288 runs, there was no chance that the Bengaluru team would win. Even then, the team managed to collect a huge score of 262 runs.

Bengaluru lost this match only because of their poor bowling. And we have seen Bengaluru's poor bowling since the beginning of the season. The team is lagging behind due to lack of experienced bowlers in the squad. Bengaluru have a strong batting lineup, but the batsmen are not in good form.

Hyderabad set new records twice this season. The batting of Travis Head, Heinrich Klaasen and Abdul Samad was impressive. Despite the batsmen being in such great form, the Hyderabad team is yet to occupy the top spot in the table. The team is fourth in the table with four wins from six matches.
